The paradigm described is a useful skein upon which to hang
those entities, functions and relationships of the cosmos
perceived by scientists that they would organize in an
understanding of reality. It can rapidly accelerate the work of
theoretical physics outside of the "black" and "beyond black"
entities of United States and other nations' militaries, which
are extraordinarily advanced in producing artifacts premised on
the features of the cosmos. It is critical that the military
develop a good understanding of the nature of reality, since
their principal agenda is based on a blind spot in comprehension
of the dynamical nature of reality. That shortcoming results in
an attitude and plans which we shall find out quite soon are
absolutely devastating and wasteful beyond the destructiveness of
the use of the technology for means other than the immediate
amelioration of the human condition over the past half century.
A sound working paradigm in the possession of the academic
community would serve to ground the resistance to the predations
of a very few empowered by unusual science not imagined by the
academics out of the loop nor understood by those who possess and
wield such technology as is afforded by zero point physics.

Introductory Comments
The assertions made are based on the investigation of the
functioning of actual overunity devices. This includes devices
for inertia-free motility, electrical energy, and devices which
affect the integrity of microbes or viruses by resonating their
structures. Also considered but not specifically represented are
devices which engage the functioning of the psyche by means of a
mechanical intervention.
Overunity devices are defined as devices which effect the
creation of their principal properties directly out of reality as
in direct creation of the cosmos. The construction of these
devices has been seen to be consistent with the fabrication of
circumstances which emulate fundamental structures, natural
structures such as the firmament, what is visible in "the
heavens." These structures or arrangements are also paralleled
in human psychology and in human institutions.

The word cosmos will be used rather than universe. The word
universe will be used to refer to this particular universe and
cosmos to refer to all of reality, all universes, the content of
universes, vacuum or reality before its expression by Big Bang or
any other process of creation out of vacuum, also the functions,
laws, and processes of reality in their sum.

The shape of expressed reality is a body with or without
coincident matter, as we know it and with or without a torus
about it. The body, the singularity, has an inevitable and
stereotyped structure which is the sole vital structure in the
entire cosmos; it is reiterated everywhere there is the natural
and is fundamental to any artifact producing vacuum energy,
including motion, or producing overunity effects. But the
manifest cosmos may be considered a torus about vacuum.
The Super String is this shape. The shape itself has a
substructure which accounts for the enumeration of eleven
dimensions, there being seven or six phases to the substructure
of reality concomitant with the phases of matter and their
noumenal templates, which three noumenal templates constitute the
anatomy of the singularity itself.
The curvatures of the string are most evident in the
firmament, this individual universe. This universe, of the ninth
dimension, is the second stage of the Sierpinski Fractal which
initiates in vacuum. The tenth dimension is the first stage.
The shape or regularity of this universe makes it an
excellent tool to the description of the nature of the curvature
of space itself. The universe as we appreciate it is the toroid
about a central body, one without a concurrent body of matter.
Therefore I refer to the organization of the matter in this
universe in terms of the principal structures of this universe at
this stage of its evolution as we commonly perceive them: the
galaxy, the solar systems, and the planetary systems and
environments. We generally refer to the matter in a "current"
about the central body of the universe as the universe itself.
This universe is to the physical cosmos what the solar
systems are to the galaxy, it having the same relative nesting
within a larger structure. This nesting is the effect of a
curvature that is less amenable to visualization in the parent
environment, which is highly relativistic. The properties of the
firmament are also less easily recognized in the third curvature
of this universe, the planetary systems where one will find the
various phases of matter sharing their surfaces, contiguous.
The gasket of the Sierpinski Fractal that begins again with
the formal structure of a galaxy is in the bioshperes. This
gasket dovetails with that of the parent Sierpinski Fractal come
out of vacuum genesis.
The structure of this universe proper, the central zero
point field, is itself of the anatomy of Sierpinski. The
"bosonic" center of this body or vacuum lattice structure,
defined by the Sierpinski, accesses vacuum as defined below.
The first stage of the array of nested tetrahedrons is very
like that of the parent universe. This station of creation is
just beyond or within and "below" the apices of the first eight
tetrahedrons comprising the eighths of space we would understand
as quarks on the quantum level. Within this region, light and
space and time are segregating themselves from vacuum; also other
properties requiring premises from a discussion of life itself.

"What Thurston does with them, however, is anything
but elementary. He snaps four triangles together to form
a tetrahedron: he then arranges five tetrahedrons around
a continuos center like a bouquet, pointing out how they
almost - but not quite - fit snugly together. That little
angle left over, he says, is just enough in the roomy world
of four dimensions to pack 600 of these tetrahedrons into a
hypersphere."
The exact center of the singularity of this universe "gates"
to other dimensions, either the parent or the child, the child
being the region of the toroid, which is a lower numbered
dimension, in the nomenclature of this schema. It also
interfaces with the relative bosons of its galaxies, its suns,
and its electrodynamic planetary structures. At the same time,
the boson of this universe's core is accessible to any adequate
artifact which would interface it:

actually locked to the center of our galaxy.

The properties of this first reiteration in this universe of
the first stage of the Sierpinski Fractal are associable with
mass and are precursors to the second stage which I have so far
only been able to associate with gravity. This is to say that
the qualities of the tenth dimension characterize the "one
dimensional" qualities of the counterpart to the lines of the
three dimensional Cartesian grid used to characterize the vacuum
lattice structure of this ninth dimension, this universe.
This second stage, equivalent to the "two dimensional"
qualities of the counterpart to the surfaces of the three
dimensional Cartesian grid, has a reversible relationship with
magnetism, the final stage, the third egression of the basic
Sierpinski fractal, the "three dimensional" tetrahedral volume of
an eighth of Cartesian space.
The radius of the singularity is understandable as the
circumference of the body. The galaxies, the solar systems, the
planetary systems are relative "diameters" of the subsequent
curvatures to the completion of the Sierpinski Fractaling of the
space which is this universe. The asymptotic cloture is effected
in the life-forms of the biosphere, the eighth dimension.
The description of the spatial properties is held in the
word hyperspace. These properties are more exaggerated in the
higher numbered dimensions and increasingly more familiar as one
ventures further out in creation into the domain of the human
environment and scale. The relatively minor "distortions" noted
in the speed of solar systems with regard to their distance from
the center of the galaxy, that the speeds are the same, is more
pronounced in the tenth dimension, this universe being an example
of the ninth dimension where such an "anomaly" is actually a
radical attenuation of the liberties of time and space.
In the tenth dimension. The nature of spatial relationships
among universes is very much more irrelevant than one would
imagine if carrying one's mental orientations nurtured in the
biosphere with one. This relativistic nonchalance is to be
brought to purchase in properly constructed experiments "on the
bench" or in artifacts of marvelous utility. The "shape" of
quarks as generated by devices producing energy or motility is
irrelevant, as I shall show below.
The boson of the tenth dimension itself is godhead, the
eleventh dimension. This boson is identifiable as the Sh'kina,
the self sustaining presence hovering over the Mercy Seat and
between the two graven images of winged creatures (Michael and
Gabriel) standing back-to-back on top of the cover of the Ark of
the Covenant, in which the tablets inscribed with the Ten
Commandments were stored. I speculate that This "Light" was
"clear" and that one could see into but not through It. Also,
letters in the tablet which circumscribed and isolated portions
of the tablet did not suffer holes. The middle of "O's" did not
fall away but remained in the plane of the tablets. The eleventh
dimension is not actually the Sh'kina. The Sh'kina is a special
"condition" of the eleventh dimension wherein there is a
population of "entities" independent of sequence and extension,
time and space. "Right living" entails behaving with one's
conspecifics as though this "world" were that of the eleventh
dimension, into which one's life is to graduate.
In the tenth dimension, what one generally refers to as
"other dimensions" are those universes or groups of universes
which belong to various eighths of still nascent space, with
different scalar charge gradients as appropriate to consideration
of the eighths of space defined by the three dimensional
Cartesian grid. Inasmuch as the qualities of the tenth dimension
are more nascent than those of the descended or declined
structures of the grammar of God's mind, the lower dimensions,
the nature of the disposition of the time and space of the tenth
dimension is less easily fathomed and discussed in such an
explanation as this.
Multiplicity as a property of this tenth dimensional
hyperspace is understandable and is the nature of reality
discovered or conceived by Dr. Linde, as he presented it somewhat
in the episode of "Stephen Hawkings' Universe" inspiring this
exegesis. Multiplicity is characteristic of the toroid, which
is the tenth dimension with respect to the eleventh dimension.
However, the nature of the toroid is variable within this
fourth space which is the "observer" (oneself) of the
actualization of the potentials of reality. Adam, synonymous
with Atom, is an individual singularity decoupled from and a mote
in the creative impulse of this planet to which man adds himself
as the cloture of a circumference initiated with vacuum genesis,
the process of the imaging of the entire nature of the eleventh
dimension. The personal counterpart to the Sh'kina is accounted
for in the four ounces lost by a human body which has died.
The development of social structures, beginning with the
family, are the process of accretions similar to those of the
original dust of the toroid that is our universe. The structure
of the toroid itself respects the ordering of the Sierpinski
egressions of order. It appears that on the microcosmic scale,
these steps are those which define the various energy levels of
electron shells. These electron shells are at the limit of
structure which again more closely resembles the form presented
by the ninth dimension.
Properties of this space are evidenced in the global
population, nations, local groups and the relative toroidal
content which is the individual. Optimally configured or "Aryan"
nations are as our own: Nation, state, local (county/municipal)
government, and "decoupled" or independent citizen. The triadic
conformation is less subjectively discernible in: organ or
structure, tissue, cell; also, id, ego, superego, which three are
now more frequently termed the micro, the molecular, the molar,
in keeping with desire for a more "scientific" or "harder"
nomenclature for and acceptance of the "soft" sciences. The
decoupled completion of these triple psychic "curvatures" is the
persona itself, or the life-force in the case of the former
references to the structure of the body which body is best
considered as a collagenous suspension, an electrostatic lump of
jelly. The persona is termed the "jewel in the midst of the
heart of the lotus," the animus, the spirit. The "soul" refers
to the condition of the unity of the animus with flesh, comparing
with the sun or some other celestial body which concurs with a
vacuum lattice structure.

The eighth dimension with its clear presentation of the
various phases of matter, enables an understanding by virtue of
handy perception of the ordering of the material in solid,
liquid, interactive, and gaseous states with the first three of
these corresponding with the "noumenal" phases of matter
comprising the elsewhere more discrete singularity itself.
These states of matter are recognizable in superstring
theories with six "factors" coordinating into a single entity.
Each of the first three dimensions described, excepting the
eleventh, have them. In the eleventh dimension, the six may be
the arms of a personality described in Revelations, a being with
a rainbow toroid. This six arms may correspond with either the
three bisected axes, or they may be personifications of the
phases or both, but suggesting the phases in the rainbow toroid
as properties of the latency of time and space implicit in the
first egression of the Sierpinski itself. Clearly, all of the
framework of reality is "folded" into the fathering
dimensionality of godhead, the eleventh dimension.
The dimension "below" the eighth, is that of the collagenous
suspension which is a life-form, individual or population, and
which enjoys to have these seven or six states of matter as
dimensions. Collectively these dimensions or states, together
with the fourth of them which is the gaseous or multiplicity or
population, seven altogether, make up an integratable dimension
which is a fourth space, not including vacuum. This fourth space
mirrors the quality of the eleventh dimension, which will be
briefly discussed below in terms of the Ancient Israelite
Tabernacle or the First Temple, also scantily by the cosmology of
Tibetan Buddhism.
This "fourth" dimension below the eleventh is not numbered
as such in the eleven dimensional schema, it is fractionated as
the seven phases of its composition, called the first seven
dimensions. The entirety is called in now disused nomenclature a
"latent fourth fractal." The use of the word fractal to describe
the tenth, ninth, eighth dimensions and the collective seven was
dropped because of the conflicts it engendered with respect to
the straightforward use of the word fractal. These dimensions
had been called the first, second and third fractal, but they are
each stages of the expression of the master fractal, the
Sierpinski.
The fourth dimension belonging to the enumeration of the
eleven is the gas phase, the properties of which are abstractly
represented in terms of personality function and various
faculties, as are each of the others of these first seven
dimensions. This fourth dimension has a counterpart in each of
the higher dimensions as a "wheel". But these first seven
dimensions are called chakras.
It is highly recommended that one read the orion.htm
document so as to anneal the references to the metaphysical with
the ice-cold parameters of this physics. There is no authentic
dichotomy. The mind of God must be understood in conjunction
with the absorption of this "clothes-tree" upon which one as a
theorist would hang otherwise terminally disjointed ideas,
theories, observations, and laboratory determined facts, such as
they are. The freedom of reality is such that only persona
allows the processing of its dynamicities.

The tenth, ninth and the eighth dimensions are each
comprised of the segmenting phases of matter: "wheels", as
defined below. As is obvious in the ninth dimension, this
universe, its toroid, the gaseous state comprised of particulate
matter, goes through the several stages of matter repeatedly,
coming to the liquid state as it condenses larger solid particles
of matter; and enjoying the super nova to form yet larger
particles, heavy atoms comprising the large bodies of its
structure visible at this time/stage of its lifespan. And now we
see the lifespan of this universe includes accretions of
accretions of galaxies. This is a further reiteration of the
process of the second wheel, the liquid phase. The dynamics of
this phase are such that either a solidity is accomplished or an
iteration of a gas is effected, by explosion. The vagaries of
the dynamics of the second phase are understandable in an adult
in terms of the subjective awareness of the affects (not effects)
of the second chakra, the second dimension.
The chakras are each associated with personalities of
greater or lesser degrees of depth. When relaxed, the dead body
does not have the identity of the organization of the chakras,
which are strung by the libido from one through seven: yellow,
(one, solid/hardness) orange/white/black (two, water/libido -
either/or), red (three, interaction (metabolism: anabolism,
catabolism -in the wheels and in microcosm - combustion or fusion
and fission)/certain passions displayed by two personalities each
with paired aspects), green (four, gas/harmony), blue (five,
speech - the utterance of creation or a phase of it. The pathways
through the charge gradient of the solid aspect of the quark, the
Hebrew, Arabic and possibly Assyrian letters as presented in
meet*.gif), indigo (six, an either/or function -two dimensional),
and violet (infinitudes, rendering this chakra coidentical in any
degree with the eleventh dimension). The accessing of the next
higher numbered dimension, the biosphere, is via the fourth
chakra a joinder or index of cathexis of the first with the
fifth; this is so inspite of the fact that the first wheel of the
ninth dimension is itself the eighth dimension and this eighth
dimension is as an eighth chakra to the persona and is considered
as atop the seventh chakra. Chakras five through seven are
grouped together as the "second locale", and chakras one through
three are grouped in a "first locale". A failure of maturity or
cathexis renders the existence of the fourth chakra moot. The
process of the six chakras or two locales becoming a unity
requires the existence of seven. This process or function
anatomizes the "folding" of space.
To describe the paradigm in five "effective" dimensions: the
first three dimensions persist, the fourth includes the
overlapping of the three components to the singularity proper
with the second locales of the eighth ninth and the tenth
dimensions, and the fifth of the five is the eleventh dimension.
This is the dynamic to which each human is destined, barring
egregious malfeasance, that dynamic displayed by the ascension of
the Christ, also, apparently, His mother, Enoch, Elijah (who
appears to have been "transported" to a fiery chariot, and
possibly Moses himself. Lack of familiarity with the Quran
prevents me from commenting on Mohammed. These are referred to,
those who have so matured, as the Elohim, a word referring to the
denizens of the throne room, another term for the eleventh
dimension and a word not to be uttered by pious Jews. The word
also appears in orion.htm referring to an incredibly old species
about which not much is known. The bibles as well as orion.htm
and grayplot.htm and other sources, some available at the site,
describe various species, three with faces similar to our own.
I will not attempt to detail the ideosynchrasies of the
individual chakras.
When familiar to one, the entire system describes four
dimensions, not including godhead. Counting godhead, there is a
reduction to a trinity. That trinity when manifest is the
Christos and two other personas who are Michael and Gabriel.
Inertia-free vessels depend on this trinity in some form or
other, depending on design. There are several groupings of
triadic categories nicely describing the absolute, circumstantial
and subjective orientations to the cosmos. These are best
presented in the Evantz-Wentz editions of the tetrology on
Tibetan Buddhism.
One form of triad easily overlooked is the either/or of the
two dimensional, the realms on either side of the plane as on
either side of the "surface" of that part of the anatomy of a
singularity. This corresponds with the dynamic of the sixth
chakra, the "mirror-like wisdom."
Coming back to the Israelite places of worship, I repeat
statements submitted in earlier correspondence. The nature of
hyperspace is stunningly presented by the reports conveyed by
Rabbis from whom I am privileged to have learned. The Ark of The
Covenant was carried by poles which where left in place when the
container was placed in the Holy of Holies, a space too small for
the length of the poles. Yet the space was adequate. Also, the
Tabernacle and the First Temple, when packed shoulder to shoulder
and belly to back with the congregation, was able to accommodate
the congregation prostrated head to foot. No change in the
physical dimensions of the tent or edifice was discernible from
without.
The nature of the ceremonies of these places of worship
endowed with the Ark, itself endowed with the devine presence,
was an attempt to establish among man the quality of life of the
Elohim. All that was required was a fifty year period of perfect
compliance, by the Israelites under the guidance of the Levites,
the tribe of itinerant priests, with the will of God or the
nature of reality. This compliance was never effected, a Jubilee
was never accomplished. The Throne Room described in Revelations
is what is presented by the situation and the artifacts and
details of the ceremonies in the places of worship!
I perceive that the system of national entities prophesied
by Moses and existing in the United States, after a failed
similar opportunity by the less than altruistic British Empire,
is the counterpart of the trilaminar accommodation described
below, with the USA being a "living jubilee" clearly about to be
usurped after wallowing in impotence characterized by the
vitiating effects of its psycho-cultural Racialism. (The average
American guesses that 35% of citizens are negroid. The figure is
8%, a classical example of the "cookie effect."
It should be added here that Abraham is the key to general
understanding of the organization of reality. Abraham's
biological firstborn became a mighty population, the Arab in
general. The second born to Abraham is as the "surfaces" in a
singularity with Jacob as the completion of the body and his
children totemizing the twelve surfaces and their children being
the stuff of a torus. The second wife of Abraham (Hagar did not
count as a wife, she was a maid to Sarah and birthed Ishmael, the
firstborn,) delivered him twelve sons who became twelve Arabian
peoples. Theses three "litters" characterize initial creation
(Ishmael), creation in the fully fledged format as presenting the
eleven dimensions: "The God (11) of Abraham (10), Isaac (9), and
Jacob (8)"; and the twelve directly from Abraham in a manner
similar to that of the trilaminar accommodations described below.
Further, the process of folding is indicated in
displacements of priorities of primogeniture in every birthing
following Abraham. Ishmael is usurped and will demonstrate his
predominance soon. Talking heads of the U. S. Government stated
this flatly during Desert Shield when justifying the collapsing
of seventeen bridges across the Tigris and Euphrates rivers... to
prevent the Moslem onslaught westward promised by Bibles,
Ayatollah Khomeini, who trained half his population for the
march, and invited by Saddam Hussein.
Isaac was a defacto usurper. Jacob usurped Edom by
acquiring his birthright and his blessing. The family of Jacob
(called Israel) bifurcates with the two wives he had: Judah
became the father to his own grandchildren one of whom, Zared,
extended his hand from the womb and, after a ribbon was tied
around it, withdrew it back and was born after the other twin.
That cheated child, referred to as the Sadducees in the New
Testament, believers in reincarnation, may have become the Angles
later greeted by the Saxons (Isaac's sons = Saxons) migrating
from the east over hundreds of years after their capture and
removal as the lost tribes. The other of these twins, Pharez,
became the Pharisees of the New Testament who as "local rulers"
were so jealous of Jesus as to kill Him by effecting a Judicial
murder under the auspices of the government of King Herod, an
Edomite, a descendant of Edom, Jacob's brother, whose kingship
was nested in the governance of Pontius Pilot, under Caesar.
The tale of Joseph being usurped by his jealous brothers who
he himself was to usurp since he was preferred by God and his
biological father is clearly a presentation of his being
submerged and coming out on top. His son's experienced among
themselves an exchange of places by trickery, with respect to who
was to get the birthright. The older, to become the people of
USA were submerged by the younger brother who became the people
of England proper. These usurpation's exemplify the process of
folding or submerging and reappearance in splendor, rainbow
splendor as it were.

Devices producing electrical energy can be constructed using
trilaminar metals. The choler device for producing energy, the
Stromerzeuger, represented and discussed in coler.htm does not
even attempt to be spherical but enjoys an effective north and
south pole nonetheless. When stimulated, the trilaminar beebees
of the common approach, beebees made of three lanthanides or two
sandwiched layers or much cheaper or more common metals, generate
a continual flow of electrons. One group of five physicists is
in a state of consternation over the optimization of their device
and has been given my advice to arrange to bleed off the
electrons which otherwise produce only heat as the form in which
the excess energy is produced. This latter device produces 1.3
to 13 times the voltaic energy input. The inventors are at a
loss as to what is happening and are inert to advisement about
the dynamics this document sketches. A lay assistant was
receptive to the simple instructions for engineering electrical
pathways for current out of what is otherwise a kind of battery
taking an excess charge and heating up.

The appreciation I have of the trilaminar beebees is that
their excitation causes chaos in the individual beebees which
assume the [inevitably] functional configuration of the
singularity, with its triadic anatomy. The reflexive generation
by a singularity of a torus yields the electrons. (The torus
itself is the principal component to the substructure of the
singularity itself.) The trilamination facilitates this
adjustment to a hyperspatial state, a zero point configuration,
the configuration of the zero point field.
Both Berkelium and Unobtainium have been described as fuels,
the first tentatively. Beryllium is also used. These first two
elements conform the structure of the singularity. Berkelium
does so by virtue of the odd proton occupying the center of the
vacuum lattice structure and allowing the distribution of the
others equally among the remaining eighths of space. Unobtainium
does the same but allows for three extra protons in the six
therefore "equatorial" eighths of space or quarks. When properly
stimulated, these will generate electrons on the atomic level
whereas with the trilaminar arrangements, the beebee itself acts
as a pseudo atom.
Beryllium has been theorized about by myself as being a
model for a contraption which would be comprised of Beryllium
shaped into spheres which spheres are grouped in spheres and
further rendered in the shape of a large model of the Beryllium
atom. This configuration when stimulated by a magnetic field or
voltage drop should generate electrons in exaggerated
proportions. The layering is designed to emulate cosmic ordering
or nesting of the curvature of space to aggrandize the response.
With respect to devices producing inertia-free locomotion,
the use of a disk, as described to a friend who talked with Dr.
Hamrick, a former scientist at Los Alamos National Labs (who
suffered a bizarre experience while working on a nuclear weapon
that would focus and direct in laser-like fashion the energy of a
nuclear weapon, he awakened during an abduction during which he
was altered to confound his ability to develop such a weapon
which would have ramifications throughout the cosmos! Other
scientists on the team were also given the treatment,) a disk
made of aluminium-nickel-cobolt alloy can most efficiently
produce a south polar gravity hill, the corresponding well being
northward. The alloy is said to be unavailable to production by
ourselves as the ability to engineer the relationships of the
atoms is beyond our technology, unavailable in the same way as
the technique of producing ultra dense sheet metal of unusual
strength by collapsing the atoms of a metal into contact with
each other.
Such disks are rotated in a magnetic field central to the
vessel, perpendicular to the disk. At a given rate of rotation
in a field of sufficient strength, the inability of the atoms to
precess effects the functions of the separation of the gravitic
forces as described. Maximal engagement of the contrivance
invites the folding of space.
But the use of trilamination allows the compensation for the
limitations of technology or the availability of materials as
with Berkelium or Unobtainium. Trilaminar "pucks" each layer
completely surrounded by the next encompassing layer, rolling
around inside a second slotted disk and the arrangement of at
least three of these around the hub of the craft to be propelled
with such disks, will give the desired mode of propulsion. Both
types of disk require cleaning as they form a kind of slag on
their surfaces after a couple of hours of operation. The disk
referred to is the warp drive, not the outer shell of the craft,
which may be separately charged top and bottom, positive and
negative, respectively, to generate alternative or supplemental
gravitic propulsion. There are other approaches to such
propulsion systems, but these do demonstrate the utility of the
understanding of the hyperspatial nature of the singularity which
is the answer to the consternation voiced in the Hawkings' show
about the ability of a singularity to swallow so much matter.

Regarding "imaginary time", another proposal brought up on
the Hawkings' show. Such a concept will help very much with
understanding the nature of the tenth dimension, but especially
the nature of the eleventh dimension, the Throne Room. (The place
of the Christos is "in the midst of the Throne of God Almighty."
This corresponds the comments about the animus above.)
What seems clear is that travel (in a device) between
universes involves the ascension into the tenth dimension by
orientation toward the eleventh in one's acceleration. One then
descends into the selected universe. Navigation seems to be more
tricky than the fabrication of such craft, the existence of which
it is ridiculous to doubt or to scorn. An image of university
personnel about a military saucer is available at the site.
The principal result of Project Rainbow, the Philadelphia
Experiment, was the birthing of the prime singularity within this
planet. The Sh'kina or the region of its domain is coming to
coincide with the planet. This means that this planet will
become a crossroads for all "interdimensional" travel. The first
phase of the opening was the establishment of the "bosonic"
center. The second phase has passed with the elapsing of forty
years since that date in 1943. The third date is to follow
twenty years after the second, 2003, and the forth completing the
"volume" of the quarks is ten years after that.
When this occurs, electromagnetic activity will not be
sustainable within the normal parameters that support EM
transmissions in near space. The Van Allen Belt and
stratosphere, used to bounce transmissions is likely to be
disrupted as well; and satellites and radio and television will
also be rendered useless. Electrons do not exist within a
singularity, they are ejected. When created, they are ejected
through the center of the singularity and appear in the toroid.
It is the ability to predict, through the titillating means
described in the orion file (time machines,) this development
with respect to telecommunications on the part of the military
that is the basis for their apprehension and the stunning but not
to be disregarded reports of their activities taken over time to
compensate for communications deficits. The ability to disrupt
communications is the prerogative of the American military and
such a disruption of global communications is to be taken by them
in accord with their belligerent mindset enhanced with their
ongoing activities kept from the rest of this species. The
military does not have a comprehensive overview of zero point
physics.

Finally, the ability to use triply articulated carrier waves
to match the resonant frequency, in the third/fourth harmonic, of
microbes of particular properties by certain devices so as to
purge the body of them by causing their disintegration is an
application which has commercial applications already.
The work on human-machine interactions at Princeton is one-
way at present, but machine-human interactions is apparently a
very highly developed science not much considered outside of
malignant military circles. This entails the ability to effect
thoughts and behavior in exacting detail by means of bio-
telemetry. There are some tentative approaches and projects
listed at the site, but the real stunning work is presented in
the skepticism inducing orion.htm file.
Neither of the two above are really zero point devices, but
they do use the principle of one, two, three, many.

Definition of terms
Care has been exercised to avoid the creation of any new
words. The beginning of this investigation into the nature and
functioning of the cosmos was inspired by the reports of David
Hudson in a paper available at:
http://users.rcn.com/zap.dnai/super00a.zip followed by the
presentation of an electricity producing device presented on a
television news show. The device, comprised of triply layered
beebees made of lanthanide metals immersed in brine, yields two
hundred times the voltage input to the device. Neither the
inventor nor the university professor on the local television
news program were able to explain how or why the device was able
to generate this excess energy. The device was said to have been
licensed to two commercial entities at the time of the airing of
the presentation over two years ago.
The vocabulary enables one to confront the task of thinking
in terms of "imaginary time", a concept or terminology acquired
from the "Stephen Hawkings Universe" show presenting the term.
Also, the vocabulary enables the process of coming to know the
mind of God. The mind of God is displayed by descriptions of
creatures or beings in the New Testament Book, The Book of
Revelations of Saint John; also the terminology used in "The
Tibetan Book of the Dead", which gives extraordinary detail. For
example, in Revelations, a six-armed creature with a rainbow halo
is described. That creature is the layout of the 3-d Cartesian
Grid with a torus of matter, the colors representing the various
phases of matter. The vocabulary removes the mystery of dealing
with the hideously abstruse by enabling thought and the
conceptualization of various processes and interactions and
relationships in a manner allowing the generation of artifacts.
These artifacts in turn enable a new order of experimentation
appropriate to the experiments one would want to employ to test
theories detailing some aspect or another of a theory of
everything. I.e., it is possible to test theories of relativity
by fabricating a vessel which can fold space for superluminal
transportation. Such a test would enable the consideration of
the vacuum out of which creation is come, since the living space
of such a device is not subject to the effects of inertia and is
"like" the vacuum affording vacuum genesis, the abode of The
Creator. These devices already exist anyway.
Overunity: used as a synonym for "free energy", also "vacuum
energy". Any device which produces energy in excess of the
energy required to "cathect" it or to engage its properties.
Nuclear devices are sometimes described as overunity
devices, however, these convert energy from the form of
matter into other forms and are not included in this use of
the term.
Flux Capacitor: used to describe a device which has properties
alien to those to which we are accustomed with common
appliances or artifacts. This includes the generation of
gravity, the opposite to gravity, electrons or current,
anomalies in time and space.
Wheel, Chakra: these terms are used to described the phases of
matter. Also, they are used to described functions related
to these phases. Chakra is used to relate to these phases
functioning as they evidence themselves in this station of
reality which is this form of man, a "top species." The
phase associated with fire is, in micro and macro scales or
structures or locations, with respect to man, fusion/fission
or chemical events. Biologically, these are
anabolism/catabolisis, metabolism; socially, these are the
various permutations of bonding or group formation from
pairing to confederations and interspecific interaction;
psychologically, these would be emotional and psychological
processes of interaction, and are referred to as Chakras in
functioning precisely the way used in Buddhist cosmology.
The terms earth, water, fire, air and ether are terms of
the biosphere which are macrocosmic to the human and are
used to refer to the phases of matter. Ether refers to the
noumenal aspects of the wheels/chakras and refers to their
metaneurologic nature, their noumenal quality.
Macrocosmically, also microcosmically the ether as used here
corresponds the "zero point field". This zero point field
has a structure which is itself what comprises the
singularity, which need not be associated with matter as in
the example of ball lightening.
Locale: the groupings of the wheels/chakras by their material and
noumenal or physical and mental aspects. The first locale
refers to the materially appreciable phases of matter, the
second to the purely functional categories or to functions
of mind.
Ether: this term laden with odium by the orthodox is one which I
use to describe, collectively, subatomic particles and
energies. It is used to generally refer to any energies or
forces in space.
Vacuum lattice structure: this term is used to describe the
functioning and natural ordering of mind. It is the anatomy
of a singularity and organizes the ether, when adequately
complemented with it, into matter. The term is another term
for singularity. The term is taken from Dr. Harold Aspden.
The vacuum lattice structure has no particular shape. Within
its boundaries is "hyperspace". A bounding of flesh with
its animus is a vacuum lattice structure, the animus by
itself is a vacuum lattice structure. A mass such as the
sun has a vacuum lattice structure, but our moon may not
have one. The possession of a vacuum lattice structure by a
celestial or other body is tantamount to that body being an
"electrodynamic sphere."
The structure of the vacuum lattice structure is
depicted by the nature of the Sierpinski fractal, but a
three dimensional example of its expression, tetrahedrons,
not triangles, and the tetrahedrons being nested as they
each level effect the fulfillment of the 3-d Cartesian
grid's linear, planar and solid "phases". It appears that
the quality of the Sierpinski is adaptable according to the
particular octant of space it fulfills.
Dimension: this term is used to refer to grouped orderings of
singularities. Such a grouping is this universe. The
planet, the sun, the galaxy are the groupings fulfilling the
requisite triad. However, this universe is a toroid and the
"real" universe is the ultradense body centering it. What
we refer to as "the universe" is the created matter effected
out of the midst of the central body, which appears to be a
massively dense zero point field not associated with matter
as we know it. In turn, this universe is as a planar
component to a greater vacuum lattice structure, a tenth
dimension, this being the ninth, the (0,0,0) point of
origen being vacuum itself or godhead. The solid aspect of
the structure of this universe is gratified by the
(collective) biosphere(s) within it. The biosphere is a
condition where all the phases of matter are coexistent,
contiguous. The biosphere is a dimension, decoupled from
its parent universe. The decoupled dimension from the
biosphere is the life-form. The ultimate aggregation of the
life-forms, their evolution, is as the finally now perceived
aggregation of galaxies into clusters which clusters
cluster, engaging the functions of the various phases of
matter as we see effected by the event of a supernova within
a galaxy, or in chemical or nuclear events or condensation
or solidification of liquids.
The life-form or the collagenous suspension is a
dimension, the fourth, counting vacuum or godhead as the
eleventh. The "observer" of Heisenberg's considerations is
himself the fourth dimension and the sum of the first seven
which each are the dignified chakras, seven.
Fundamental to this fourth dimension's own substructure
is the surface, the crystal or molecule, the heavy atom and
the proton.
It is not possible to investigate the cosmos
effectually without this ordering of dimensionality
inserting one's self into that which one would investigate.
Hence the necessity to clothe one's self in an artificial
singularity within which one motivates throughout the cosmos
by acting in terms of its principles and following its
pathways, so as to explore the body of God.
This use of dimension does not allow for the
descriptions of dimensions which are those from which may
come other creatures. In the tenth dimension, the various
universes populating and comprising that dimension are of
different dimensions in a different sense of that term:
dimension. This other sense of dimensionality refers to the
variance in dimensions that is characteristic of the
variance in each of the eighths of hyperspace as is obvious
by the inspection of the permutations of the charge
structure of each of the eighths of space. In the "greater"
space containing our own universe as another speck of dust,
the qualities of space are more nearly nascent, closer to
its pristine quality in vacuum, wherein all of creation
actually remains and transacts its ephemeral existence.
String: The series of dimensions. Each node in the string is
arbitrarily to be designated, but the optimal is the gas
phase or torus to each of the macro dimensions. The ability
to move from node to node is described by the orderings you,
Dr. Kaku, presented in a talk on the Art Bell Show when you
enumerated four levels of technological development
described in terms of energy manipulable by engineers of
variously developed civilizations commanding energy in
orders of "density".
Folding: The transiting of space between dimensions. Creation
is used as an antonym to folding.
Warping: The transiting of space within a dimension. For
example. Electricity is of a fourth space relative to the
three spaces or stages of space within the singularity
(solid, plane, line about a boson-like center corresponding
Cartesian Geometry). The subsuming of electricity into magnetism
is a folding (across the Event Horizon), but the subsuming of
magnetism is a warping - to gravity, an inner "micro" dimension equivalent
to the planar aspect of the singularity's anatomy. [I am
intellectually inert as to the nature or quality of the
linear! I don't know what it is and would have to be
exposed to the deliberations of others before it would click
or be recognizable to myself. It is region of function
fundamental to time, space, and light or "presence".]
A pseudo singularity, a flux capacitor, will by its
engagement and action warp energies within its structure. A
flux capacitor which is an inertia-free device of motility
warps energies or "properties" within itself, generating a
circumstance of great massiveness or gravity which in turn
folds the space about itself by its effects on the more
central region. This enables transportation without
relative motion within the therefore inertia-free vessel.
Greater purchase is gotten from a series of drives effecting
such action. Vessels which "place" the Mandelbrot fractal
by having three "warp drives" emulate a singularity of a
higher order and may more easily fold the space between
universes, as opposed to the space between planetary bodies
or between suns or between galaxies. I suspect that such a
design would enable propulsion/travel along the effective
equator of the vessel rather than along its polar axis only.
Such vessels also afford the placement of various tools such
as weapons, transporters, cargo, and life. The Mandelbrot
fractal appears to me to be a cross section of the
Sierpinski. The simple formula for the fractal is the basic
formula for the cosmos. The "gasket" of the Sierpinski is
the boundary of the vacuum lattice structure, the bases of
its tetrahedrons.
Michael: order. mind. psychology. north pole. positive. gravity
well.
Gabriel: chaos. body. Persona. south pole. negative. gravity
hill.
Equator: The six octants or quarks of variegated charge. The
equator separates Michael and Gabriel and is tantamount to
the "Holy Ghost". The equator threading the cosmos is that
debated entity. (The trinity implied just above is recently
the topic of serious and savage debate among Gentiles
attempting to understand it.)
Vacuum: The absence of time and space. If one were able to
observe vacuum genesis from without, one would see nothing.
Creation remains in vacuum. Therefore, omniscience, omnipresence
and omnipotence are inherent characteristics of the Creator.
