Z.A.P. has no patents.

Wheelchairs, electric and road vehicles, electric are the principal 
interests of Z.A.P.   We design and intend to mass produce and to 
distribute these at the lowest price possible and at no profit.  While 
being in possession of all but the clinching knowledge of implementing the 
theories of overunity physics until recently, we were oriented to 
compensatory approaches to electric vehicles so as to extend their range.

Having been aware of the functional anatomy of the cosmos in great detail, 
we are prepared to publish a work presenting the outline of the 
understanding necessary to fathom the nature of reality, which must be 
perceived as a biological system.  The nature of dimensionality and the 
commerce among them in the life of the cosmos are understood at Z.A.P.  
A manuscript will soon be available.  The text simply concatenates or brings 
together the various disciplines defining or embodying the myriad 
functionings of reality.  The dynamics of various aspects of human behavior 
or certain sciences need only to be expressed in mathematical language to 
allow a succinct expression of reality in terms of fractals and dimensions 
and their orderings and interactions.

What had been missing was the precise link to affect the cosmos through the 
application of electromagnetic energy.  That link centers about a timer.  
That timer must be of phenomenal attributes.  The frequencies required must 
be at the number of Planck's Constant.  This effect is achieved by 
laminating in one process or another combinations of the elements in the 
rare earth column of the Periodic Table.  The interaction of these elements 
in absolutely pure form and at the nuclear level, "windows" our actions 
through the vehicle of electromagnetic energy into another dimension 
internal to and containing our existence in three, or four, dimensional 
displacement.  The rare earths construe both the clock and the vehicle for 
the extrusion of creation at the site of the device.  It is through the 
"clock" that the nascent (unborn or uncreated) potentials of reality may be 
exercised to our own actual satisfactions.  The clock interacts with the 
battery in terms of its conductor's "relaxation period".  The actual workings of
 current devices on the market are based on principals unique to the disciplines
 of astrophysics and high energy physics.  The clocking mechanism is actually
 effected by the source of the current which are trilaminar balls of rare earths
 or certain  other elements.  The energy appears to be free, but is actually a function
 of the collected balls, acting like batteries; also acting like an exploded example of
 atomic structures attempting to undergo certain changes in state. 

The design of instruments acting on vacuum depends on an understanding of 
the structure of the dimensions into which we intrude with our instruments.  
The possession of the vocabulary and the grammar of the infradimensional 
universe is absolutely necessary for arrays of reasons, including effective 
and safe investigation, economic consequence and American national security.
