A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO MAKE ASTROLOGY MEAN SOMETHING


EASTERN STANDARD TIME

Two solar and two lunar ecliposes occur in 1999/

I.	JANUARY 31  Penumbral Eclipse of the Moon.  A slight darkening of 
the upper left portion of the moon may be detectable at mid-eclipse.  
Occurs over Asia, Australia.   Eclipse begins at 9:04 a.m. mid-eclipse 
occurs at 11.17 a.m. and the eclipse ends at 1:30 p.m.

II.	FEBRUARY 15-16 Annular Eclipse of the Sun.   Path of annularity 
cruises over the southern Indian Ocean and Australia.  Partial phases 
visible over Antarctica, southern Africa.  Indonesia.  Eclipse begins at 
`032 p.m. on February 15, greatest eclipse is at 1:34 a.m. on February 16, 
and eclipse ends at 4:15 a.m.

III.	 JULY 28  Partial Eclipse of the Moon.   Early stages of the 
eclipse are visible over most of North and Central America, western Sough 
America, and eastern Australia.  Ending stages are visible from Asia, 
Australia.  Eclipse begins at 3:56 a.m.  Moon enters the dark umbral shadow 
at 5:22 a.m., mid-eclipse occurs at 6:34 a.m.  (when the moon is 40% 
covered), the Moon leaves the umbra at 7:45 a.m., and the eclipse ends at 
9:11 a.m.

IV.	AUGUST 11  Total Eclipse of the Sun.  Path of totality crosses 
England, France Germany, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, India.   Partial phases visible 
over Greenland, eastern Asia, northern Africa.  The eclipse begins at 3:25 
a.m., greatest eclipse occurs at 6:00 a.m., and the eclipse ends at 8:40 
a.m.

Spring begins March 20, at 8:46 p.m.
Summer begins June 21, at 2:49 p.m.
Autumn begins September 23, at 6:31 a.m.
Winter begins December 22, at 2:44 a.m.

The July and August events are at times when other configurations in the 
solar system configure particular energy patterns that effect 
telecommunications and psyche, by virtue of the scalar nature of the 
energies.  It is expected that various devices will be used to influence 
and to amplify biologic influences on the mind and emotions.  It seems that 
the antichrist hoax is to be perpetrated at this time, with the culmination 
of the plot to be effected December 22, after the Babylonian calendar, when 
babies used to be murdered, to fuel the incarnation of some lout or 
another, i.e., Osirus, the babe in the arms of Isis.
