The story that "Star Wars" is a conventional system of weaponry for our geopolitical belligerances among nations is FALSE. The actual contest is which of the systems of governance will characterize the New World Order. A NWO with a semblance of USA constitutional government is preferred over one designed by Stalinists or the Red Chinese. Otherwise, the NWO is oriented to intergalactic concerns, to events in the universe, not to the prosaic.

According to the late Col. Steve Wilson, Faction 2 controls most of the new scalar weaponry, and if this is true, they could be quite influential in determining policy. And then it could be that the mass murder victims may rather consist of those Liberals and Socialists who have been the staunch supporters of Faction 1, which includes the globalist New World Order types. It is interesting that the Clinton Administration has suddenly done an abrupt about face, and have announced a massive, $ 100 billion arms buildup for the US. If this is real, there will be a turn around, with a military and economic recovery rather than an economic crash.] It gets interesting !! However, a renewed arms buildup in the US could precipitate an early attack on us by the Communist bloc, which now would include Russia, once again. Of course, Saddam Hussein has no intention of compliance with UN directives. After prolonged provocations, I believe he is eager for a confrontation which will lead to war with Israel, followed by the US, Britain. While there is evidence that he does not have adequate delivery capability, I have reason to believe that Saddam possesses psychochemical weapons and other secret weapons of tremendous lethal capacity, in addition to the usual biologic and chemical weapons of mass destruction. I think he has been given limited transfers of nuclear weaponry from Turkistan, as well as missiles from China, and he has his own weapons of mass destruction, which could be delivered by IRBMs and even by a future acquisition intercontinental ballistic missiles. It is a given that he is eager to use anything he has against Israel and the United States. Today's negotiations are likely to fail, probably by design. Russia has warned that an attack on her ally, Iraq, would be considered an act of grave consequences and has hinted at possible nuclear retaliation. Although 2/3 of Russia's nuclear warheads are alleged to be non functional, with the large megatonnage of those that still function, they could still wipe out North America. North Korea, also an ally of the Russians, is likely to nuke South Korea soon, if only to get their food, and Russia would probably come to their aid. Especially since the Communists are rising again in the Russian Federation, and the rearming of this federation will soon be taking place. Here is an incredible fact. Under the Global 2000 plan as developed by the Club of Rome in 1972, for President Carter, there is a covert intention by the International Bankers, TransNational Cartels, Bavarian Illuminists, and the other Bilderberg Globalists behind the New World Order to depopulate the world to an environmentally sustainable level at around 1 billion people... Meanwhile, the elite members are to be safely ensconced in relative comfort in the many underground cities that have been prepared and financed with your tax money and the receipts of illicit drug sales. Depopulation will be carried out by fomenting wars throughout the globe, using induced diseases such as plague, hantavirus, ebola, and anthrax, nerve agents, and other weapons of mass destruction, all of which will quickly escalate through the plan to eventuate in probable nuclear exchanges. They will promote the use of vaccines containing potentially lethal agents, and especially they will employ aerosol sprays of plague, anthrax, tularemia etc. and the contamination of drinking water with binary nerve agents (zyklonB), lethal bacteria, (cholera and shigellosis), new unknown viruses, and biological chemicals such as ricin, and botulin... The following possible scenario could begin after a Faction 1 planned and orchestrated gradual global economic collapse, and it may be going to occur sooner than anyone cares to admit, and although the exact timing is unknown, March 1999 is said to be a likely target date. The would be unlikely under the aegis of Faction 2, since a truly revitalized defense buildup would powerfully stimulate the US economy... The coming depopulation measures would be a combination of intrinsic and extrinsic insertions, utilizing all types of agents in a concerted effort to cleanse the planet of so-called "degenerates, the elderly, and useless eaters," perhaps finally to a level of approximately one billion total inhabitants, sufficient to provide an ample slave population for the elites. Weather alteration and seismic--vulcanism by means of HAARP and scalar technology may already be initiated in areas in which there are critical tectonic imbalances. This could be what has produced intense rainfall and widespread flooding in some areas, with severe drought in others. Serial detonations of nuclear devices and with computed enhancement of shearing effects would be utilized to the furthest extent possible in the production of earthquakes and tsunamis. ELF waves are probably even now directed towards the polar ice caps and are melting them down to produce coastal inundations and earthquakes. "Mopping up" of deselected groups will then be accomplished through sanction and mass burials of both living and dead individuals by the most expeditious means available, with careful attention to disease prevention in UN personnel. The deselected will include many liberals, and the Hispanic and Black street gangs, after they have served their purpose. Los Angeles may be hit by nuclear airbursts, along with New York, Chicago, Rochester, Las Vegas, Casper, Wyoming, and San Antonio, etc., in which certain vital military sites and nuclear missile sites are located. I suspect that these first attacks will be augmented by "terrorist" assaults upon major population centers, with destruction of power plants and telecommunications facilities. These terrorist units are said to be already in place, ready to act when the US launches its contrived major attack on Iraq or Serbia, and which will justifiably turn the world against us. Maybe it won't happen this year, but surely before the end of Y2K, unless Faction 2 has other plans. Then again I think it would be wise to absent oneself from any sizeable city if news is received that war has started in, say, Yugoslavia, Iraq, or in the Far East, just to be on the "safe" side.
