I received a report today from a friend out west. The report 
was on a yellow powder that was found covering rocks and grass. 
The Fire department was called out to vacuum the area. some of 
the substance  was clumped on the rocks as the fireman were 
shown on Channel 15 news  vacuuming. They apparently tried to 
test the substance on site, but  were unable to, and it was 
sent to a lab in California to be analyzed.  The following day 
the report was that the substance was flour. The  substance is 
believed to be responsible for the deaths of cats and  dogs in 
the Moon Valley, AZ area.

Yellow rain is an anaerobic toxin that has a yellow color when 
dispersed, but after exposure to oxygen, sometimes 24 hours, 
all that  is left is the carrier "flour." So, the mycotoxin and 
its carrier are  dispersed, fall to the ground while being 
exposed to oxygen, and after  a period of time all that is left 
is the carrier - possibly flour.  Staphylococcus auras combined 
with the right conditions produces a  (TSST-1) mycotoxin, the 
bacteria is produced by the carrier and death  or illness 
results. Staphylococcus thrives in an environment without  
oxygen and could result in death in a little while. Conditions 
that  may be caused by the mycotoxins aka aflotoxin are 
respiratory  distress, disseminated intravascular congulation 
[coagulation], or  cardiac arrest. Other symptoms caused are 
fever, hypertension, and  multiple organ involvement. If this 
area was hit as a test or whatever  for humans with a non-
lethal amount, it may still be enough to kill  small animals.

Yellow Rain was used as a chemical-biological agent in 
Southeast Asia  in the l970's. Russia used Yellow Rain against 
Afghanistan and  Southeast Asia.  Yellow rain can be used to 
clear out an area of  Indigenous people and within 24 hours 
occupying forces can move in to  inhabit the area. Again, 
Yellow Rain loses all toxic effects within 24  hours after 
being exposed to oxygen.

Now the plot thickens, An unidentified aircraft was observed at  
Phoenix around the time this substance was found in Moon 
Valley. The  aircraft flew in from Mexico, around Phoenix, and 
returned to Mexico.  The aircraft is believed to be Russian and 
the Russians are very  abundant in Mexico. You put it together 
and if you have any info on  the above, please forward it to 
the person you received this from.

Now if I were a Commander in the Military, and I was planning 
on using this stuff against the American public, what better 
time than the  Spring, when all the pollen is falling, and 
everything is covered in  yellow dust?

Another thing to remember,  in Israel a man claimed to have 
been abducted by aliens. When he was returned he was covered in 
yellow  dust. The yellow dust was sent off to be analyzed, but 
was never  reported as to what it was.  

Also Phoenix has had an array of UFO's in the area this year.
