If it pierces, it is a vacuum energy machine, birthing whatever was sought into existence FRESH. The energy from the gallium-deuterium device is released in a form which is benign. Before one can be the first reflection in a hall of mirrors, one has to be the last reflection. That is the nature of the test, a kind of mirroring. A pulsing when "stalled" to suit the time frame of the visited dimension. There is no shimmer in a perfect mirror. The passages through fractals occur in the middle of the fractal where the cloud state is.
