it is the substructure of space.  It is the anatomy of a singularity
composed of the elementary particles, which when they are all present
in the right mix stabilize as a proton or neutron, matter.

The nature of the lattice, the "vacuum Lattice" a term from
the Aspden Lectures,  is approachable, I say, from the use of the
Cartesian (x,y,z) grid, through its octants with their sign (-,+) 
mixes and the north and south poles through the middle of the
(+,+,+) octant and the (-,-,-) octant as the north and south
poles respectively, but which nearly coincides with the volume
displacement of the celestial or other orb, i.e., an electro
dynamic sphere (EDS).   

The rotation is affected by the activities
in the octants and on their walls, "a dog chasing its tail".  There
are gradients of charge fluctation in the volume of the octants
and on the sides of the octants.  The grid's parts are hierarchic,
(the hemispheres,) north-south, the octants, the sides, the edges.
The lattice rotates at a certain rate.  Around the equator of the
lattice, there is a torus, which is exemplified by the "ring
current" seen at the beebee.htm site, and exemplified by the 
universe itself, a toroid, with "currents" of galaxies in it,
some recently observed to be moving at outageous speeds, accounting
for some anomalies in the expected (by current theories of the
big bang) relative motions of the formations in the heavens.  It
is, for example, considered that the matter in the [this] universe
shold be moving away from a center like the spots painted on a
balloon being inflated.  But it appears that the motion shows 
signs similar to the motion of objects in and on the edge of and
in the middle of a fast moving river... the torous itself, the
ring current to the singularity in the middle of the torus.

It is also noted that there are huge spaces with nothing in them
across which one can see what I call "pimples" on the surface of
the torus.  These pimples or creations  in the (a) "pi-eth" 
space look like "stick men".  The formations, identified by Dr.
Geller, are called a "Great Wall," I believe.  We see across
a space within the inner circumference of the torous, like a
chord across the thick edge of a circle.   

Note that one of the "entities" described in Revelations, wears
a rainbow around his head.  That rainbow is a torus.  We normally
cosider a rainbow to be an arc or arch, but it is a torous, with
the rainvow having the purple inward and the yellow on the outer
edge and the red being centered.  The color thing is important,
for there is shifting in the relationships invarious circumstances
with respect to living things or subjective experience.  The
yellow has to do with the solid state.  The chakra of the 
Christos is the first chakra the eighth chakra.  The eighth
chakra is the firse "wheel" of the seven wheels of a higher
dimension, that dimension being a fractal itself and being
comprised of the biosphere, where The Christos enjoys his hardness
or dominion over the solid state, to go from it into the white
and then clear light without compromise of "surfaceness... 
able to stand on water or on air, for that matter.  Consider
the ascension itself!

But when the reed and  yellow change places, they do so with the
yellow abutting the blue of the zeropoint field, the noumenal or
uncondensed energies which are not matter but laws and principles
associated with brain FUNCTION or spirit.  This gives green such
as almost always reported with the powering up or the tuning of
a drive, a warp drive, for a gravitic acceleration.  The edges
of the fractals which are these special dimensions are in the
center of the fractals, not at the edges one might imagine at 
the first and the seventh wheels or fractals.  You need to read
the essayone.txt file, which defines dimension and fractal.

The lattice structure "concretizes" the zeropoint field somewhat, 
demystifies it as a foyer into another dimension, which also has
the fractal structure as defined for a dimension.  The tetrahedrons
of the Sierpinski Fractal, the octants, the rainbow, the torus, these
are a pattern which has no limit in scale, there being.ever another
cloud of which the grand universes of universes are motes coalescing
to make a singularity which feeds a mote among motes, etc.  In 
onther words, any scale of unity is a subtext for the creation
occuring in a grander scale.  One man's universe is another man's
proton.
