Soft resolutions of the neurology of bifurcation are obvious in the bilateral symmetries of bodies, however, note the three (x,y,z disposed) toroids of the cochlea, the motion sensors (assisted by visual clues, the muscular corrections translated through the pelvis and the shifting of sounds about the skull, which depends on its own symmetry to serve the pinpointing of a sound source....... also note the somewhat toroid and paired triads in the first locale of the pelvis itself. This latter reminds somewhat of the shapes one sees in the computer simulation of the fulminations of the sun undergoing compression just prior to going nova, generating the context of the final completion of the third sub sub radian in the creation of the eighth dimension, the biosphere, where a fourth radian is begun (the fourth fractal where observers are). On its way to pi, the original creation creates a universe into which it makes subsidiary pi's after the first radian, the prototypes, in the tenth dimension, for the galaxies we see in the tenth dimension, including the Milky Way, are the first radian of the ten dimension. That proto galaxy, which will be the first cosmic radian when authenticated, tries to assert pi again, but partially devolves into proto solar systems which in turn attempt to assert pi and partially devolve into proto planetary systems, of the extremely large tenth dimension birthing daughter universes such as ours. However, when the proto planetary system attempts and completes a radian, the first attempt at a sphere is complete and the tenth dimension is actual. But this is only the case when the new tenth dimension (first fractal) is resolved out of the lower fractals (successively higher numbered) through the fourth fractal, the "latent" fractal on the other side of the "gasket" that separates shadow universes (linking through the breadth of the mobius strip, remember). These "shadow universes" are tiered in the same way as astrophysicists struggle to understand for just this one universe, a child universe. The shadow universe is a SHADOW COSMOS. The second locales are the places where their respective fractals are when they are invisible, in the "wave" state. The first locale is the particulate state. All of the detail of creation must be accounted for before anything has ACTUALLY happened. All certification of "ACTUALITY" comes out of the ever "flowing" or "shimmering" hour-glass waist zone which is the (cosmos spanning and LINKING) fourth fractal, where an overunity device sits on a table waiting to be turned on, "brought to life"... GIVEN A PULSE and made a "pseudo fourth fractal" by a fourth fractal smart enough to figure out how to go about behaving as a heavenly body. When the second "cosmic" radian is completed, so is the triadic system of this universe we see about us. When the third cosmic radian is completed, one has a biosphere, suffused with the electromagnetic qualities being depicted by a still growing array of graphics at /~zap/beebee.htm. Imaging the fractal digressions one further time, most perfectly as all matter or "life" seeks to do, is the human body, the image of the state before the Big Bang began to start to commence to bang. Mirroring triads validating the fourth fractal are imbedded in each of the smaller scales: tissues, molecules, atoms, protons and electrons. These last return the impulse, and confirm the pulse which at the macro end dips toward absolute vacuum through the original zero point field coming out of vacuum. When there is oscillation, there is no resolution but shimmer instead. When there is a pulse, there is the quality of motionlessness at the site. When the pulse starts, the mirroring stops and the shimmer out the window. Windowing occurs or can occur, with the artifact, the overunity device having the ability to peruse the cosmos without threat to its integrity and without challenge to its will from other than a more powerful entity (field, mass). Trilamination helps the cosmos to try to be itself and to check itself out, it "tricks" it to do its thing, locally. What do you know about the benzene molecule? It is an overunity "device". My assertions about tri- lamination are based on the fact THAT IT WORKS. Now, I see that there is more to the trilaminate nature of the planet than had before been my inkling. It turns out, in consonance with my ethereal assumptions, that the three layers' functions are nicely delineated as much as they are understood in the shimmer.txt article, which is also at the bottom of the page above. There are no questions about why TWO DIFFERENT metals work!! The effect is due to the spherical nature of the backwash on the "dusk side" of the sphere or planet. A graphic has been returned to our engineering department for rendering in gif and will be placed on the coler.htm site asap. It is very simple, but should show what is happening in the Coler Converter and in the Rory Johnson Motor too. Vacuum fluctuations, but fluctuations with a particular shape that lead to a particular effect. Now, all this stuff has to do with the second locale, wheels or chakras four through seven as they relate to the zeropoint fields or second locales of the other fractals. If you saw the "Mysteries Of Deep Space" series of three, you saw a sun's fulminations before going super nova and heard the comments about the effects of pressure waves. One would want to think of the sensitivity to barometric pressure in the bowels in terms of the dynamics of pressure one sees in the first through third wheels (solid, liquid, gaseous) as they attempt to zero out (disappear from their present universe into another) while "crunching". The trilaminar rods would be the spokes, etc., of the Japanese do dad. I plan to contact engineers in the Japanese university system working on mag- lev trains and find out what l can by direct interface with people who might be able to give feedback on wht is going on there .....
