     The following links are to factual Official Documents, Press
releases, agreements and statements, they deal
     with current and developing warfare technology.  This information
is not just someone's futuristic idea for one
     hundred years in time. However these systems are in fact being
installed now.

     BACK GROUND INFORMATION
     On the 7th of April 1996 Voice of Russia Science and Engineering
programme. V.O.R. transmitted a story about
     Russia's DEFENCE-LESS advanced "microwave plasma weapons,
generators and weather modification technology".
     In this transmission the "very likeable" Mr Boris Belitsky said
that Russia was some "5 to 8 years ahead of the United
     States and western countries". Boris, - said that this Russian
technology can bring down (small objects) artillery shells,
     missiles carrying war-heads and can also bring down "large aircraft
like JUMBO JETs".

              VOR's claim is that this technology fires a plasma ball of
energy and "is targeted not at the target its self,,
              however, in front of the target, it ironises that region
of space in front of it, and cause" a sudden and massive
              discharge of ironising energy,, "a kind of G-Force" that
causes the target to be destroyed.

     On the 9th of Nov. 1996 at 4.30 PM EST. Australian time, Voice of
Russia, shortwave news service announced that
     "The first stage of the Anglo-Russian satellite system called ZEUS
has successfully been deployed in orbit".

     On the 18th June 1997 At midnight Moscow time. V.O.R. announced
that Russia's Proton-K rocket, has put
     into orbit 7 satellite's by Russia's Military Cosmic Forces.   VOR
said "The single Russia rocket "Proton K" has
     put into orbit seven satellites of the American global system
Iridium", "The rocket was launched from Baikonur
     cosmodrome by Russia Military Cosmic Forces.....  at 18 hour seven
minutes Moscow time.    Each of these
     seven space vehicles weights 650 Kilograms". End of statement.
