See both the Rory Johnson and Coler magnetic motors as "shims" between two hemispheres, 
north and south.  See either of them, but especially the Coler setup inasmuch as the 
array of magnets in the Ro-mag unit is not depicted in any degree, as the twin bases of 
tetrahedrons in the same plane with the apices diametrically opposed and serving as the 
north and south poles, outside of the plane of the "shim" the metal plate, in the case 
of the Ro-mag motor; and the hexagonal array of wound magnets in (1. The 
"Magnetstromapparat" was a device which consisted of 6 permanent magnets wound in a
special way that the magnet and the copper winding around the magnet and components act 
as a generating device. See Fig 1. , from .../~zap/coler.htm), is; and in another 
function related to warp accelerations, to the radius of the disk of an  automotile 
vessel... that is, warp  being the acceleration of light by an integer multiple of 
itself, up to pi warps, or to the approach to the singularity, out of which light is 
"folded" or "wrapped" up to pi times, whereupon the creative act  exhausted and can only 
be lied about... what with babies, trinkets and imaginings and the like.  Consider each 
biological entity "spent" or "impacted" light out of the first big photon. 

It is the bouncing of the magnetic constructs of the motors off the pi degree of 
wrapping (pi times) and its unenfolding back to the plate from either side which is what 
the pulsing is.  On one side of the "equatorial" plane (another word might do) we find a 
"north" and on the other "south".   

On the one side, we have the macro and on the other, the micro.  To qualify to be a 
macro entity, the macro side must have at least three wraps to its depth of assertion of 
scale; - that means that there must be a system of declensions at least as well defined 
as what we see when we say galaxy, solar and planetary systems.  Am still waiting in 
line to get copy of Uspensky's book with his example of the hyperspatial cosmos, 13 
dimensions, l believe.   Above that, there is the entire universe, apparently 
materialized as foamy stuff around the area of a black void focusing the strong force, 
or gravity or the weak force or magnetism or something of some kind.  

This universe is but one of infinite arrays of such universes of infinitesimal duration 
while absent from its parent universe and for which parent universe the fulminations of 
this scale of universe are the subtext of the formation and creation or maturation of 
the parent universe, itself a child to a universe of magnificently grander scale yet.  
All these universes are in a soup of a zeropoint field into which each bundle of energy, 
presenting as matter, enters from its own respective scale of materiality.  

In the zeropoint field, the size of the magnetic entity, the vacuum fluctuation, is 
IRRELEVANT, so the pulsing is an act of corroboration as much as it is a "gathering" of 
energy and the templates for the energetic activity.  The activity of the motors is the 
exchangement of states between the solid and the energetic.   In the Ro-mag motor, this 
is effected with a vector toward the energetic, to the drive rotors.  In the Color 
Converter, this is effected by the effecting of a legitimate space which is the domain 
traced by the fluctuating apices of the paired tetrahedrons of the hexagonal array.  The 
apices each and both trace out spheres as well as certain vectors which can be 
visualized as the increasingly more definite edges of the perfect extension of the 
potential of each of the bases of the two inferred tetrahedrons to exist as the edges of 
larger authentic geometric forms, that is forms of a higher dimension, which is to say, 
to be part of a three dimensional entity "locking space" rather than merely a two 
dimensional entity, a triangle become a tetrahedron and premising space as some kind of 
precursor energy or state or station in wave=>particle, particle=>wave activity.

The premise here, with zeropoint, is that the assembly of matter is clearly presented to 
ourselves with the notion that the line of extent is the first creation of the Big Bang 
and that motion and attraction are to be defined thereupon out of the intitial point of 
creation, which is an event terminating the state of vacuum, at that point.

Extent having been created, we have no motion inasmuch as there is no space, since there 
is no matter to define where  something is and where a second thing may not be.  We do 
have entities however, since any of the lines, formative elementals to matter and so to 
time and to space, any of the lines may extrude itself a triangle or other planar 
consequence of any extrusion of any point or "condition" along the extension.  These 
"extensions" are perfectly good vacuum fluctuations or zeropoint field thingies.  It is 
in these kinds of shapes where one looks for z particles, and w particles and hadrons 
and leptons and gluons and muons Quark's bar and Dabo Tables.  

The first aggregation of these two dimensional states and conditions into a firm and 
solid entity is the birth of matter, whether at either end of scale is irrelevant, 
actually, except for polarity.  The Energy must be able to collapse the fractal set to 
matter.  The matter must be able to unenfold the fractal set to energy.  The oscillation 
is of a kind called shimmer by zeropoint in one use of that term for pulsing.  It is 
used for oscillations that take billions of years, so hear it again in a context 
indifferent to time, like a real ZEROPOINTER.

On the other hand, the microcosmic must be suchly comprised, having at least three 
orders of "nesting".  Only then is there a potential for the definition of an entity as 
authentic, in keeping with the assertion in essayone.txt that "everything is everywhere, 
in the biosphere, unless it is alive."  

The cells to the fractal, the first-lower and second-upper "locales", are paired as 
dynamic triads the tripleness of which depend on one of the set being a dynamic and not 
a triad of the kind we conceive when talking about fractals or the components to a 
fractal set, which means a triad of entities of fact, NOT dynamics: molecules, heavy 
atoms, protons, facts.  The second locale is the "zeropoint field" the noumenal aspect 
of matter which is independent of the scale of the body that would "fix" it.  This 
locale bespeaks the dynamicity of reality and the magnetic nature of the fourth fractal, 
where electricity flows in a way that we can understand.  The flow of electricity at 
primitive states of development of the cosmos is a highly abstract event three 
dimensions removed from our everyday orientation to "action" and an event perceptible as 
absolute gravitation, attraction, seeking of singularity.  When the word "love" creeps 
into my speech, it is a reference to this "drive" in the universe which is internal to 
anything and among all things to be one thing, again.

The balance between the northerly and the southerly accomodates the dichotomies of 
handedness (chirality), in-ness, out-ness, up and down, the noumenal and the phenomenal, 
the still and the dynamic, and else in a flowing oscillation of the extent of pi 
curvatures of space created for the occasion of the assertions.  These assertions must 
be respected by reality and by tinkerers.  To itself, the vessels powered by these means 
from energy created by these means or otherwise, do not move.  The vessels rearrange 
reality around itself, however, to an observer, the vessel has moved.

Remember, with each turn of a radius, one effects a descent or a climb of one fractal 
step.  I cannot say, yet, perhaps, what happens if a device attempted to climb up from 
the top or down from the bottom, not without confusion anyway.

One would think that the visiting saucers must always face their southern sides to the 
visited planetary or other mass in a personal effort to state that it is bigger than the 
planet and gets to call the shots on the field in terms of which it will act, its own, 
of course.    There are dangerous places where the gravity waves or the gravity well is 
irregular, referred to once as "burrs" on the surface of the gravity well.  These are 
those places one finds here and there where water flows uphill or some such thing.  
These can ruin a space-man's whole day, so that he ends up getting slapped around in an 
interrogation chamber by a redeployed shepherd dog to the sheepish American people.  

The police have far far far too much discretion and are far far far far too harsh and 
are degenerate.
