Z.A.P. has no patents.

Wheelchairs and electric road vehicles are the principal interests of Z.A.P. We design and intend to mass produce and to distribute these at the lowest price possible and at no profit.

Z.A.P. is aware of the functional anatomy of the cosmos in great detail, we are eager to share the understanding necessary to fathoming the nature of reality, which must be perceived as a biological system. The nature of dimensionality and the commerce among dimensions in the life of the cosmos are understood at Z.A.P.

Z.A.P. is working to provide simple graphical and written material intended to allow researchers and manufacturers to be independently creative with applications exploiting the unified field.

What had been missing was the precise link to affect the cosmos through the application of electromagnetic energy. That link centers about a timer. That timer has been found to possess phenomenal attributes. The frequencies required approach that number which is Planck's Constant but are a function of the materials used, their geometry and various forms of stimulation, still required at this state of Z.A.P.'s sophistication (but not by others, of whom we can tell you). This timing effect, the division of the second into several groups of orders of magnitude approaching zero, is achieved by laminating in one process or another combinations of three of the elements in the rare earth column of the Periodic Table and a few other elements. The interaction of these elements in absolutely pure form, optimally, and at the nuclear level, most efficiently "windows" our actions through the vehicle of electromagnetic energy into another dimension intrinsic to AND containing our existence in three, or four, dimensional displacement.

The nature of dimensions or regions of space other than that with which we are commonly familiar in terms of our senses is such that superconductivity and lack of inertia are characteristic traits of that environment, which we recognize as hyperspace. One reaps the benefits of superconductivity by acting in terms of the physics which produce it.

The rare earths construe both the clock and the vehicle for the extrusion of creation (or freedom of subatomic action) at the site of the device. It is through the "clock" that the nascent (unborn or uncreated) potentials of reality may be exercised to our own actual satisfactions. The actual workings of current devices on the market are based on principals unique to the disciplines of astrophysics and high energy physics. These principles in varying degrees of integration and derivation define the stages of the universe down to and including the domain of the sentient creature, four spaces. That special "space" which is vacuum is a fifth "situation" where all laws and creation are fully potentiated, noumenal and not actual, and epitomized therein, in "nothingness", which has activity within itself!.

The clocking mechanism is actually effected by the source of the current which are trilaminar balls of rare earths or certain other elements. The energy appears to be free, but is actually a function of the collected balls, acting like batteries; also acting like an exploded example of atomic structures attempting to undergo certain changes in phase. Other geometries produce effects other than a huge voltage in response to a much smaller input.

The design of instruments acting on vacuum depends on an understanding of the structure of the dimensions into which we intrude with our instruments. The possession of an overview, the vocabulary and the grammar of the infradimensional universe, is absolutely necessary for arrays of reasons, including effective and safe investigation, economic consequence and American national security.

Z.A.P. is available to consult with selected private concerns seeking to maintain dominance in this rapidly developing science of Zero Point Physics. Also, Z.A.P., a partnership, will make use of Fourth Millennium, a partnership, to provide a popular forum for discussions and education in this area of thought and invention which can be extraordinarily subtle to most minds.
