Thanks. > The tetrology, The Tibetan Book of the Dead, The Tibetan Book of The Great Liberation, The Tibetan Book of Yoga and Secret Doctrines, The Tibetan Book of the Great Liberation, as edited by Evenz-Wenz and having an excellent introduction by Jung, say a good deal about it and give some clues to many other functions which can be volitionally engaged, particularly, in the light of interest in exotic propulsion systems, "fast walking", which is described in some detail By Madame Alexandra David-Neel. Fast Walking involves using the second chakra or plexis, the one located at one's center of gravity and nesting the libido, and reproducible in effect by devices or flux capacitors inducing local electrostatic chaos, to very much enhance the gait so as to achieve a gait of what l estimated to be about forty miles an hour. The person doing this is in an altered state and has glazed eyes while doing this "Seven League Boots" thing, the stuff of ever so many dreams and a native understanding that produces so many people of a bent we see concentrated among zeropointers. You will find stuff on dummo in Secret Doctrines. The practitioner uses a "magic dagger" which he holds in one hand and seems to be using like a walking cane, but it never touches the ground, the tip is pointed and used as though it were extended to the ground above which the walker moves in long bouncing strides through which the walker "poles" himself with the dagger, the magic part of which changes in length or scale. We have plenty of Jewish study behind ourselves too. The First Temple built by Ancient Israel had the property that when packed with worshipers, there was still room for all to prostrate themselves. Persons outside the temple saw no change in scale and the scale models of the temples built by experimenters are deemed dangerous and are dismanteled as was a copy of the Arc of the Covenant built by students of the University of Michigan. Using those four books and their references, one can achieve enlightenment, though one may have to put in a good deal of time to effect such resolution of intellect. The stuff of enlightenment is the grasp of the seven states and their groupings and relationships which themselves comprise the seven. Also, the eleventh through ninth dimensions, as we enumerated them in the essays and in another attachment excerpted from a book we have written, are discussed as "kaya" with a fourth kaya being all of the three as "co-present". What the Tibetan Book of the Dead does is to walk one down the "ladder" of psyche after one has kicked the bucket and gone through the introductory stages of being dead. When one is completely gone, an indeterminate and indeterminable event as far as time goes, one is oriented in vacuum as is the naked singularity: one sees in all directions as from the ultimate innermost point out of which comes light. What one sees, the effect of vision, is called the clear lignt. One's mind is totally clear and all one's actions of persona thereafter are "charactistic" (that's what the word karma means, "character". The trick is to act naturally out of that position, to love God, as Mother Theresa so kindly informs us. This is the center out of which is exerted the persona of the Christos, the "midst of the Throne of God", as described in the New Testament book, Revelations. Messing up, one is then set "face-to-face" with The Occupant of the Throne and sees white light. Being devilish, one falls further, being eventually confronted by the rainbow and counseled by the threnodic voice of the Lama who effects a "Jubilee" (49 days) of prayers for the dead at the site of his favorite seat of meditation or at the body, especially for some time before death through some first days thereafter, counseled to seek liberation at the correct locations in the process of mind and to recognize "where" he is in the continuum and to choose the yellow "loka" (first wheel) to afford himself a human rebirth thereby, should he continue to "mess up" all the way down the ladder which are the eleven dimensions as described. The persona accretes in an "uncomfortable" way with matter in the second chakra, or womb and then (effects the function of a flux capacitor and) is born. What happens that is most unfortunate is that the effects of the contractions in the absence of the amniotic fluid, the "Bag of Waters", which cushions the baby, are terrifying, in the absolute sense, to the new person who has no schema for perception except the ladder itself, each contraction being psycho-emotionally associated with a stage of the "fall" from nascent godness in the Clear Light, confounding subsequent insight into "truth" in the course of life devoid of authentic ordering of human life with the Master Paradigm. Naturally, persons taken out of a womb with an intact amniotic sac have a different psycho-emotional template, the birth trauma is different. Coming out of the mother through the womb and completing the "turning toward her", past the "Pearly Gates", her thighs in their parting electrostatic perception by the newly independent mind and persona, completing an analogy of the turning out of the midst of the throne of god. The dynamics of the ethereal web of the eleven dimensional universe are the only authentic dynamics, all else being transitory and "mortal". So, insight and understanding are deflected by efforts to seek them in incomplete or vacuous systems of logic or systems of associations displacing perception of "truth". Each of the states and stages and functions of the cosmos can be replicated by conforming electromagnetic "fields", a word scalar physicists are loath to use because it implies presence of some kind in time and space associated with the device, which vacuum fluctuations do not, being achronic and omnipresent, not bound in time and space. Carl Jung presents "archetypes" which he says (said) represent the subjective visual impressions or perceptions of the various chakras. These "shapes" can be generated by devices which are able to do so because of their "presence" in vacuum when their superconducting qualities are effected by their engagement with the use of a dc source for lesser designs or their engagement if optimal, and therefore requiring mechanical disassembly to be turned off. Such a device would be like the subcritical components to a nuclear weapon which cannot be disasembled and is infinitely less useful though it has sucked our thinking for far too long into a tight tunnel of scientific investigation only just beginning to recognize its own narrowness. The shape and application of any flux capacitor involve the gathering of arrays of strands of other strings of the superstring or cosmos which are not already involved in another flux capacitor, if it is well designed. The number of these other strings or strands determines the multipling effect. If the capacitor is able to ascend deep into hyperspace, the effects are grandly multiplied at each of the subsequent (2) warps (total of three). Dummo involves the third chakra. Training involves learning to sit in each of the princiiple emotions, full blown, but without content, to be clear. One then gathers in an empty set of anger after a number of preparations including one's commitment to the act of going "too far", going out into the cold without being to count on seeking shelter, which must be unavailable or unable to be counted on in any degree. The quality of a cognitive system which depends on operant functions of mind is that of a "story". Usually, we of the west reject stories with the word myth which has a negative onus. We fail to see that the dynamics of the story are what are being described by the story, not the tools of the events which comprise the often necessarily fanciful tale. Whenever one hears of a report of a sighting of an object moving though the skies which turns green just before it moves very rapidly or shrinks out of sight, we are seeing a warp drive being engaged. That is our cagey assertion, we at Z.A.P. can't know that, but any craft one would build would have to be able to behave like objects at either end of the scale of size and so have to be made of an appropriate material allowing this, a material which would have to have the qualities of a neutron star, its density, we are sure. The manufacture of the exotic materials for a craft of this sort would have to depend on flux capacitors culminating at the first chakra, the place where the new scientist says, "Whoopee, look what l made!" Full development of this new science involves using it to make the stuff of its implementation. Z.A.P. would point out the range of interlocking steps required. On a tv show hosted by Jonathan Frakes, the actor playing Commander Riker on Star trek the Next Generation, a show on weird stuff, film is shown of a fellow monitoring equipment which is an array of cameras and viewing screens which themselves are surveilled along with the employee by a camera. There is a massive power disruption, often associated with the presence of objects or craft of weird origen and much dispute. The employee disappears in a flash of light and the cameras go off. Some time later, there is another flash of light, the camera comes on again, and the employee reappears, he is on his hands and knees and is nauseated and vomiting, disoriented. The man, an abduction victim, quits his job and vanished into America. The film was carefully and competently examined and was okay. The point seen here is in the device used to effect the relocation of the abductee. The device, besides requiring enormous power, would have to pass the balled up energy of the material abductee through the eleventh dimension twice, once in each direction. The disturbances surrounding the event, the disruption of electrical forces of our own piddling technology, indicates a well of force around the visitors, one which is coopting the fourth of the principle forces of nature, electricity, by demonstrating the supernal context out of which it is declined to our perception and manipulation here beyond the second decoupling of the cosmos. This second decoupling justifies this realm we enjoy as individual sentient beings but is actually the realization of the first decoupling in an untoward manner, one which deprives us individually and collectively (in our various echelons of human organization) of the "grace-waves" of Life, as the Holy Bible terms it, the stray strands of light, power, bliss and whatnot we futilely seek or pretend we already have and rarely experience as individuals and in our gizzards.
