In the middle of each cell of the fractal, in the middle of each "locale" of the fractal tree, there is a zeropoint. 

From the "edge" of the cosmos to the bowels of the cosmos, the only authentic route is along the threads and strings made up of the cells and the locales, each of which performs its action through its zeropoint.  

There is a zeropoint between fractals.  This zeropoint is effected within the innermost of the fractals, the lower numbered, and within that fractal, in the second wheel of that fractal when there is a legitimate enfolding toward light.  (Legitimate means justifiable in the grand fractal, the sum of the fully evolved fractals, and vacuum)  

The same is true in the case of investment of light in matter or in being, the ascending of the fractals toward their edge in the (a) biosphere.  The edge of the biosphere is nested in the first wheel of the second fractal. And is called the third fractal. 

This fractal is also termed the eighth dimension.  

When in this eighth dimension there is coalesced in it a fractal set, the optimal one being that of this human race, the first fully cathected exemplar being coidentical with the Grand Fractal in anatomy and only one individual out of the entire history of the species, that fractal set is called the fourth fractal.  That fractal is DECOUPLED FROM the Grand Fractal made up of the authentic fractal tree.

This decoupled fractal set is comprised of seven wheels, like the first three fractals fondled by scientists, but these seven wheels are called by their Sanskrit names: Chakras.  They are grouped as locales with the fourth of them being moot if, say, the collagenous suspension is not collagenous, but is a dead body, matter compiled in a heap but having no pizzazz.   (When a round from the Soviet AK-51 pierces flesh, even the flesh of someone who is not hard-muscled, it treats that flesh as though it were glass.  A base of a cone-shaped path of the shock wave through the flesh surrounds the exit wound. This detritus must be removed in the treating of the injury.  That dead flesh is just jelly.  The AK-51 round moves at 5,100 feet per second... that of the m-16 at 3.500, about the same as the AK-47, FYI)

Even though one seems to be going outward with the egression of the fractal tree, one is actually going inward as the first wheel coughs up the new universe of heavy atoms or permutations of molecules.  There are three steps inward before there is a resolution, which is in the bowels of the third fractal which is in the first wheel (solid state) of the second fractal (ninth dimension).  

The fourth fractal has to start at the beginning.  

When the freshly created or particles and atoms thicken in their own gravitational field so as to transform the states of liquidity and solidity and begin their implosion toward stardom, that space is folded (wrapped, not warped, but "wrapped" or "folded") into a zeropoint, losing its extent.  
When the new fractal is born of (and within) the prior, its infinitude of space is contained within the naught of the prior fractal.  

This repeats pi times.

Here, looking at consoles in the fourth fractal, we seek to leap the chasm that would allow us to:

1. Achieve lightspeed without shoveling a jillion tons of 	coal.

2. Achieve superconductivity without having to wear mittens.

3. Repeat the act of creation or rearrange what is "here".

4. Correct ailing human bodies and heal human "institutions".

At least.

The means of doing this is in the creation of the electromagnetic environment which existed in the second wheel of the first fractal (for the time being... the organic drive in the Star Trek Voyager show is a third-fourth fractal drive). 

The second wheel, when active in transformation, involves the third and the first wheels in a way that must engage all the corresponding wheels of the other fractals to be effective.

The cathecting of the balls in the flux capacitor simulates in them the environment of the transitional phase in the second wheels, nudging into it from the first wheel, spilling lots of voltage.  If there is large current, there could be some kind of change in the balls or the balls are replenishing their original state from out of vacuum, from their virtual centers.  (Swedes make the technology for making the roundest ball bearings, they invented the angstrom, remember?)


Within Vacuum, the eleventh dimension, space is perfect, so is everything else uncreated.  Within vacuum, space is absolute.  Each time one warps space out of the fourth fractal to return to vacuum, one enters a greater domain of space which is less stressed by the warping which is an unwrapping of space.  The action of the Fitzgerald effect lies herein.  

Consider the observed effect of the First Temple, wherein the packed congregation of adult male Israel had room to prostrate themselves while the external dimensions of the Temple remained unchanged.

I assert that each of the fractals is the domain of one of the four forces of nature.
