In the local environment of the BBs, in terms of the principal forces immediately  realized in the peculiar environment engendered by the activation of a transition of the  zeropoint by the administering of: a voltage drop across the trilaminar spheres, or the  addition of such a "field" to a continual environment caused by magnets (of superlative  and available quality); or a situation involving the reversal of these conditions which  situation would generate a pulsed response; or dual variability, a realm which i have  not explored and which is where one would find perhaps the business-end of the  electronic controls at a console or at a helm, controls which would allow one to design  the waves and effects one would generate.  If, in this last application, the device is  to have no moving parts (other than the controls themselves, the dial or button (a tiny  dial is reported by one abductee... he said he entered a stark room and saw a table with  a dial.  When he turned the dial, the view through a transparency changed, the stars  moved, the ones outside the "window")), then the magnets cannot be permanent.

i have the utmost suspicion that: if the desire of each ball to "find its own center" is  obviated or even reversed, that if the ball conceives itself in the gaseous phase which  is the fourth wheel it will enjoy and allow a gravity free environment with its brother  balls as might also (don't know (yet)) the dielectric should one be necessary.  If the  application or BB is a craft, other circumstances are involved; that if the desire of  each ball is to behave in the third manner which is to be its emulation of the explosive  or distending rather than implosive and intending,  one has an "antigravitational" net  effect, which is the effect represented by the formula that appeared in the popquiz and  here and there.  Antigravity can be described as the desire to be on the distal side of  decouplement.  Gravity can be described as the desire to be on the proximal (central)  side of the event horizon.  i have work to do to phrase a neutral expression, one which  involves silence.  The effect of the counterrotating wheels discussed entirely in terms  of the reports about the Japanese who was using the Bible as a cookbook for  ultrascience,  is to relax the curvature of space in its immediate environment, which  environment should be thought of as the lifespan of the emission which is the silence. 

If the BB is hollow and if the BB is to be endowed with certain qualities, one would not  do well to try to effect with too small a BB any such concern, although one may want to  see about an aggregate effect of arrays of bbs or shapes or segments of a shape, a shape  such as one might care to have on the floor of the interior of the vessel one may care  to study.  Humans are far from mature enough to be able to give rather than to get,  silence and agravitic posture are not the stuff that bones are made of anyway.  But  there is no point in being able to float if one cannot motivate, one would just hang  there, which could terminate one, provided he is not just having fun in the womb, which  allows quite freely for such nonsense.  

So, there will be vacuum fluctuations in between BBs.  BB is not a good word for  something as large as a tennis ball, a term i once used.  And those fluctuations will  include waves and nodes or stable states of (let's try "being") where there is no  gravity.  There will be asignable states to the continuum which is the "realm" of the  "space" in which are the array of bbs or BBs or bee bees. The balls are trilaminar  except in the single suggestion that they could be otherwise made in a quite recent  post.  

It is likely that there is only one way to do something like make a piece of furniture  that is designed to be there all the time, but which "thing" only serves its purpose  otherwise only when it is turned on.  If the ship is a "mother" ship, not a boat nor a  scout ship, then it is bound to be on all the time, since it is alive, AND SELF  SUSTAINING.  

Now there is no reason why a vessel can't be conceived and born which is not only able  to make water of the space between this Galaxy and the next whatever flicker in the sky  is some suitable galaxy in the sky out there to which the vessel can have arrived in the  time it takes itself to think the transit by the stream of transitions in its  relationships expressed during the cessation to adhere to mother earth, to be held by  mother earth, to relax the "grasp" (sorry) of mother earth, to seek one's destiny and to  passage the environment between the milky way and that neighboring near or far or  ultrafaraway galaxy in terms of the state of matter all that the environment betwixt and  between the two would permit itself to be translated in terms of by the thought of the  vessel confabulating its way through the mind of the cosmos.  

Very early on, for want of commerce in chatter except the flitterers interested in  flying saucers, l did speak of transporting, traveling, mother ships, scouts and certain  stuff about saucers.  

As i suspected, this stuff is quite hard for many to grasp, but if one reads it a few  times when it gets thick and heavy and especially if it is mainly an apparently rambling  concatenatiion of bumps and squiggles and other such chicken scratch, it may begin to  sink in.
