Dorothy J. Buckner, M.D., is an F.A.A.D. Cosmetic Dermatologist with a long history of successfully reducing the signs of aging and unsightly blemishes. She began her studies in laser techniques in dermatology at its inception. She is certified as a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

She completed her residency in Dermatology at Stanford University Medical School, and received her Doctorate in Medicine with honors from Howard Medical School.

She graduated with honors from her undergraduate institution, Xavier University, where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry.

Former National Medical Association President of the San Jose Chapter, Dr. Buckner is a strong advocate for continuing education and training.

Dr. Buckner was one of the early pioneers in Cosmetic Dermatology, and an expert in her field. Her Cosmetic Dermatology practice continues to benefit from the lastest proven techniques in cosmetic laser surgery.
