The ductwork is finished in the downstairs bathroom.
The drop-ceiling will be put in toward the end of the project.
The siding is nearly complete, and the portico is
shingled.
Electrical service is upgraded to 200 amps.
Part of the ceiling is taken down to run wiring.
The plaster and board are delivered. Once the electrical
and framing inspections are done, they will insulate. That gets inspected
and then they can start plastering.
