With the Monday holiday and continued rain, work did
not resume until Wednesday. The floor joists were covered, and the
bathroom window was removed in preparation for the walls to go up.

Thursday they began framing the kitchen walls. It
is really starting to look like a house!
Friday the first floor is capped and the rear exterior
wall is built. You can see how high it is going to be. The opening
at the back will have sliding glass doors.
