Today we went to see the most beautiful church, the Church of Christ the Savior. It's amazing it was built in 1995, from 200 year old plans at a site that was determined after defeating Napoleon. We also tried to get in the Kremlin while we were there, but it was late in the day and the  lines made it not worth the effort. The good news was that on the way through one of these underground street crossings we were treated to a small orchestra playing Vivaldi, Bartok and a host of other great music. My digital camera wasn't working right, but I did get some video and some 35mm shots.

Beautiful from the outside, but even more incredible on the inside. They don't allow photos to be taken inside.

Underground Vivaldi and the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts, both of which are worth seeing.

My daughter Valerie loves to take pictures and she took these two at the baby home.
