2 i. Elizabeth (Lizzie) Anne² Crowder (#344) was born in Wightman, Mecklenburg County, Virginia May 19, 1893. Elizabeth died September 16, 1978 in Virginia, at 85 years of age. Her body was interred in Mecklenburg County, Virginia, Mt. Horeb Baptist Church Cemeter. She married Joshua Babcock Whitten February 12, 1916. (Joshua Babcock Whitten is #87.) Joshua was born in Willow, Amherst County, Virginia May 19, 1889. Joshua was the son of Augustus Devereaux (Dev) Whitten and Mary Jane Clements. Joshua died May 22, 1976 at 87 years of age. His body was interred in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. (See Joshua Babcock Whitten for the continuation of this line.)
