2. John² Gilliam Jr. (John¹) (#733) was born 1759. John died 1825 at 66 years of age.

He married Annie Perrish 1780. (Annie Perrish is #734.) Annie is the daughter of Humphrey Parrish III and Elizabeth Parrish.

John Gilliam Jr. and Annie Perrish had the following child:

3 i. Sally³ Gilliam (#730). She married George Layne August 28, 1804. (George Layne is #729.) George was born 1781. George was the son of Ayres Layne and Mary Woodson. George died February 1863 at 81 years of age. His body was interred in Willow, Amherst County, Virginia, Alexander Miller Family Cemetery. (See George Layne for the continuation of this line.)
