He married Patricia Ann Godfrey in Midlothian, Virginia, April 04, 1966. (Patricia Ann Godfrey is #1026.) Patricia is the daughter of Wilson C. Godfrey and Ida Price Godfrey.

James Norton Gleason Jr and Patricia Ann Godfrey had the following children:
