2 i. Russel² Ogden (#2556) was born in Covington, Alleghany County, Virginia October 25, 1901. She married Smiley Clements in Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, April 18, 1918. (Smiley Clements is #1996.) Smiley was born in Willow, Amherst County, Virginia September 26, 1897. Smiley was the son of Charles Wesley Clements and Sarah Alice Clements. Smiley died December 16, 1974 in Covington, Alleghany County, Virginia, at 77 years of age. His body was interred in Covington, Alleghany County, Virginia.
