Return Policy:
No returns will be accepted without an RMA# given to the customer by Cool Stuff USA. The RMA # must be included on
all shipping documentation.
Full Refund Policy:
If the RMA# is assigned to the returned merchandise is within 10 days of reciept of shipment date and the merchandise is
still in the original sealed package and also recieved at Cool Stuff USA within 20 days of reciept of shipment date the
purchase price for the product would be fully refunded excluding shipping and handling fees. Reciept of shipment
date would be the determined by the date the shipping company logged as delivery date to the ship to address of the order.
Partial Refund Policy:
If the RMA# is assigned to the returned merchandise is within 20 days of reciept of shipment date and the merchandise is
still in the original sealed package and also recieved at Cool Stuff USA within 30 days of reciept of shipment date
there will be a 25% restocking fee on purchase price for the product that would be refunded excluding shipping and
handling fees. Reciept of shipment date would be the determined by the date the shipping company logged as delivery
date to the ship to address of the order.
