Kirby Cove is nestled in a grove of Cypress and Eucalyptus trees, west of the Golden Gate Bridge at the base of the Marin Headlands.

Here are some pictures of our camping trip (mostly of the beach). I think the best part about this trip was being able to watch the moon rise over the Golden Gate Bridge and hearing the sound of fog horns all through the night.
