Seafood flavors in liquid form are concentrated to 40-50 degrees brix. They are packed in either 5-gallon plastic containers or 55-gallon specially-lined drums. All are maintained under deep freeze conditions. Spray dried powder for is available on special request. It is packed in 50 or 100-pound poly-lined containers. They can be stored at ambient temperature, dry.
