That's what they said at the Linwood when I came in wearing a tee shirt, shorts, and my Tevas in the middle of a snowstorm that dumped half a foot of snow in Boston! 2/15: Sapient named the top interactive agency of 1999 in this Adweek magazine article. 2/14: Went to see a production of the Vagina Monologues. 2/10: What does Jamaican beer and Orny's hair have in common? 2/3: Another coworker outing, this time to the Claremont Cafe, followed by an evening at the Cantab Lounge. 2/2: Indian lunch with coworkers at Ajanta, then photography class with Inna. 2/1: Spent the afternoon painting pots at the Pottery Workshop with coworkers, then Indian dinner with Jeanie at Mehfil. 2/1: Got a great new book on the MySQL shareware SQL database from tech book discounter Bookpool.com. 1/31: Major update to the House of Puggin'. 1/29: Visited Dorchester Heights with Inna before going to her friend Julia's birthday party. 1/28: Despite announcing $275m annual revenue and earnings that matched expectations, being on the cover of Massachusetts Investor's Digest, and a great article in the Globe, Sapient was the biggest loser on NASDAQ today, dropping 28 percent. 1/24: Went to Midori's "Voice & Storytelling" class at Kim's. 1/20: Bought Jakob Nielsen's new book, "Designing Web Usability". 1/13: Winter's first snowfall brought with it subzero temperatures, but it was a great opportunity to do some real ice biking! 1/1: The real first night of the millenium saw Vinny Nobile return to energize Bim Skala Bim at the Middle East with Inna. |
