1. Return envelopes:
- Make sure you send a return envelope AND return postage!
- No, a dollar bill or check won't do, please send stamps on the return envelope.

2. Please don't send me huge packages!
- Put your discs in sleeves instead of jewel cases and send a size #0 or similar bubble mailer.
- Don't send size #00 bubble mailers with sleeves- the discs don't fit without ripping the envelope.

3. Disclaimer:
I try for as short a turnaround time as possible, but even if I'm backed up, you WILL get your discs back as soon as possible! This may mean a couple weeks in extreme cases, so be warned. I don't want to see any 'bad b&p'er' or 'bad trader' posts, or nasty e-mails, just keep in touch with me politely. I go through blanks by the spindle, I have better things to do than screw someone out of 2 or 3 discs.
