Scrunching the Fabric
Now the hard part. I want to smush the fabric down to the end of the pole, so the tied off portions are hidden within these little even pleats, and the whole 3 foot wrapped length is about 7” long. But tall as I am, I cannot reach the top of a ten foot pole, so I’m up on this chair, slowly inching the bundle to the bottom. (Now just do this with the remaining seven lengths of fabric, to make efficient use of the long pole... right.)
