Dedicated to furthering the participation of homeschoolers in extracurricular activities at their local public schools

14 states, as of 1999, have equal access laws protecting homeschoolers.

In 1996 there were only 2 states, in 1998 there were 10.

The 14 states are, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming.
