18. Powhatan Perrow⁴ Jennings (John William³, Benjamin², James¹) (#1443) was born December 25, 1818. Powhatan died August 20, 1858 at 39 years of age. His body was interred in Willow, Amherst County, Virginia, Tudor Hall (Family) Cemetery.

He married twice. He married Elizabeth Jennings. (Elizabeth Jennings is #1635.) Her body was interred in Willow, Amherst County, Virginia, Sardis Church Cemetery. He married Catherine B. Jewel February 23, 1836. (Catherine B. Jewel is #1444.) Catherine is the daughter of Thomas Jewel and Sally Jewel.

Powhatan Perrow Jennings and Catherine B. Jewel had the following children:

36 i. Willie Ann⁵ Jennings (#1636).

37 ii. Frances A. Jennings (#1637). Frances died June 15, 1891.

+ 38 iii. John Thomas Jennings.

+ 39 iv. William H. Jennings was born 1838.

+ 40 v. Charles E. Jennings was born September 23, 1843.

+ 41 vi. Zachariah Taylor Jennings was born October 2, 1848.

+ 42 vii. Benjamin Franklin Jennings was born November 6, 1850.
