He married Susie Ethel Alcock. (Susie Ethel Alcock is #543.) Susie was born January 07, 1885. Susie was the daughter of Robert Watts Alcock and Bettie Beverly Jones. Susie died October 19, 1965 at 80 years of age. Her body was interred in Taber, Nelson County, Virginia, Rock Springs Meth Church Cemeter.

94 ii. Gladys Louise Whitten (#547) was born November 01, 1909. She married twice. She married Prentice Kinser Jr. (Prentice Kinser Jr is #562.) Prentice was born February 13, 1906. Prentice was the son of Prentice Kinser Sr and Katie Huffman Kinser. Prentice died June 25, 1959 at 53 years of age. (See Prentice Kinser Jr for the continuation of this line.) She married Harry Foulconer. (Harry Foulconer is #569.)

95 iii. Irene Cletus Whitten (#548) was born April 28, 1911. She married William Alfred Lowe July 28, 1939. (William Alfred Lowe is #570.) William was born December 05, 1910. William is the son of Ed C. Lowe and Florence Heisler Lowe. (See William Alfred Lowe for the continuation of this line.)

96 iv. William Roscoe Whitten (#549) was born in Taber, Nelson County, Virginia November 12, 1912. William died April 11, 1929 at 16 years of age.

98 vi. Frances Ann Whitten (#551) was born in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia December 22, 1916. She married Richard C. Morrow August 26, 1941. (Richard C. Morrow is #577.) Richard was born in Claysville, Pennsylvania January 06, 1914. Richard is the son of Franklin Smith Morrow and Orpha Irene Buxton Morrow. (See Richard C. Morrow for the continuation of this line.)

99 vii. Jesse Ross Whitten (#552) was born in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia February 25, 1920. He married Mary Miller December 28, 1946. (Mary Miller is #586.)

100 viii. Thomas Maccolm Whitten (#553) was born in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia February 27, 1923. He married Mabel Kennedy June 01, 1942. (Mabel Kennedy is #587.)

101 ix. Robert Wesley Whitten (#554) was born in Covesville, Virginia April 18, 1926. Robert died August 13, 1952 at 26 years of age.
