I need a hat.

My parents are gonna be gone till round' Sunday-Monday, which is in the nice coz' I can actually have fun without having a dog leash in my pocket...I feel like spray painting someone's car. If only I had some spark of pure genius for a paint scheme.
O well, only time will tell.

And so it plays out, as the first week of schools comes to a rolling stop.
It's friday night, and for once I'm not sleeping in someone else's bed.
My sister leaves for college tommorow, so tonight we spent 5 hours packing her shit into a borrowed minivan. Not only that, she decided to get everything she was going to take to college together, THE NIGHT BEFORE SHE LEFT! I leave my fucking Spanish homework till 11:30 pm, and God forbid my mom becomes the living embodiment of Scripturous Satan, a victimized teenage drama queen, Linda Blair in the Exorcist, AND Mike Tyson. Top that Ed Gein.

Sundays the block party, but Monday I have school and two tests...

I need a hobby. I'm gonna start making furniture.

Today I started school. And yes, it's going to start sucking very soon.

In the meantime, I shall dedicate what little free-time I have during the week to exercise (7 minute Abs) and designing different "layouts" for my next scheme...it's the paint job, but not the one involving Phil's room. I will have a variety of designs ready for a group presentation on friday.

I'm going to start designing and building stuff; I haven't exactly decided what or how yet, but it will be something along the line of Modern-style ornaments or lighting appliances, which could have multiple uses. I am also going to build a racetrack for this little NASCAR toy I got when I bought a pack of AA batteries. NASCAR sucks, but the car doesn't.

I think I'm gonna start a corner design company. I'll design a little layout with furniture and lighting for a corner of a room. Just the corner. That way when someone needs to get away from it all, they just go to their special corner and they are transported to a new state of self-awareness and understanding. I already have some good ideas, like one with this mirror and another with this lighting apperatus, and some other shit. Paper is the best place for this. I am way to tired to go to school.

You know something what's really sad? The same clothes I slept in last night are the same clothes I'm wearing right now, and which I am about to sleep in. I haven't been out of this house for what seems to be two days. Hmm, two days... That reminds me of something...or rather of something that never happened.

I start school on Monday. What did I want to accomplish this summer? Oh, let me count the ways:

  • Build a Motor-Powered Radio Flyer/Go Kart
  • Get in shape, start running
  • Start Skateboarding again

How much that did I actually accomplish?
None of it. Another summer well spent.
How will I make up for this? I will find pleasure out of someone else's temporary shock, disgust, guilty amusment, anger, and eventual half-hearted thankfulness. What do I speak of? Watch your car's paint job baby, coz' it just might get Pimped Out!

Read up: the following is a brief statement of the truth.

This is the problem with kids today. They forget how to be kids. People grow up to fucking fast. Why?

Firstly, you have the steriotypical teenager promoted by the media through the outlets of Disney, MTV, the networks in general, as well as other methods of communicé. Although many show portray opposite ideas, they all have a large influence. Why? Because people are stupid.

Second: The influx of the social whores. These are the people who embody teenage culture at its worst. They are to self-concious to do anything for themselves, other then pressuring others to become like them. Of course, their mental capacity cannot actually plan this, it just happens. Thus, you have the converts. These are the minority, aka the majority. I don't mean minority as in ethnicity, but by numbers: there a shit load of minorities. They are minorities because they have the littlest say.

Third- No one can make a differece because society supports their actions. And when someone tries to be different, they are deemed eccentric. No. They just happen to be able to think for themselves.

Let's take some issues.

  • Drinking
I don't get why people under 21 drink. OK, I think that people should be able to make their own descions early, so I ain't gonna fuck with them. But why would someone want to drink something that's gonna fuck with their mind, when they know there's other shit out there that won't and tastes better? I have no fucking clue. Oh wait, I kow: cause everyone else is doing it, and I do it responsibly, so nothing will happen to me. Maybe your right, but I still prefer to have control of myself. And caffine dosen't abscure judgment.

  • Social Awareness
Since when is politics not important when your in high school? It's just your fucking future. I don't care if you talk about it or donate to Planned Parenthood, just don't reject it and bask in your ignorance you fucking twit.

  • Religion
This isn't some preaching about how God dosent exist, but it is about responsibility. Religion is a good idea. The Catholic faith is dedicated to public service and helping the poor. Super. Many Asian religions are centered around self reflection. Awesome. But may I remind everyone, that Religion has it's downsides, which greatly outweighs its good ones. Let us take Christianity. It is a sin to be a homosexual. I'm sorry, but for a God who loves everyone, I don't buy it. And didn't the bible complain more about the greed and destructive actions of the Wealthy than Sigfreied and Roy? And it isn't just western religion- take Hinduism. The Untouchables, the lowest caste in Hindu society is treated literaly like shit. May I remind those that oppress them that if murder can lower your caste, the degredation of others surely can too. How about something common to many religions: The oppression of woman. People are people, so go fuck yourself if you think otherwise. But if you disagree with what your religion thinks, that dosen't mean you have to denounce your faith. Because that is exactly what it is. Your faith. If you have faith in the fact that the God or beings that you believe in has different intentions for the people of this earth, that's great. Remember, it's your faith, not the child raping priests. Fuck them.

And so I end my brief dissertation on why kids grow up to fast. Spelling not included.

It's 3:10 am at Phils right now, and I have just silently decided to invest more time in 2, count 'em, 2 things:

  • Getting in Shape

  • Expanding my mechanicle and technical intrests and ability so that I may become a free lance fabricator

I nead this. I have wasted my entire Summer doing nothing important, and its in the last week before school that I decided to so something. My life on a roll of toilet paper, waiting to wipe my ass.

In other news, Phils house is slowly getting worse and worse for friday night, due to a variety of things. We need a new place. Something in a central location, with open space and a cozy atmosphere. In a perfect world, we would all take money out of our life insurance to buy a lot on the corner of two major streets. We could build get sponsorship from some TV makeover show and then theyd help us build the place. It was be some edgy design, like a rectangular building with a slightly dramatic slant roof. We would have a lot of space, so on the outside we would have advertising space to help pay for the bills. Keepin it real is the real deal made of steel.

Check out this place: Funfurde
Its a blog dedicated to modern design. Sexy.

My cousin is leaving Saturday, so I will soon have more time to spend on the phone project. I will also be posting some pics soon as I start to dissect it. Next Tissue.

GOD DAMN! So I went to Max M's house and I was like DAMN! the sheets on that bed upstairs are hot! I Just can't get enough of 'em! And the whole low to the floor bed, simplistic layout and egdy sofa with the book by the Dali Lama on the table; needless to say it was a major turn on. With that being said, I think I'm going through some sort of event where I care to much about the future and yet I don't but I should but not in the way that I am.

Modern Furniture is sexy.

The Family Reunion went on quite uneventful, other than some minor astonishments on behalf of my half deranged cousins.
I'm going to go to Home Depot and Radio Shack today to buy a Prescion Torx screwdriver and an anti-static wristband among other things as I submerge myself into the Pimping-out process of the phone. I think I need to give the phone a name or title, coz' just calling it the phone is quite time consuming and boring, so a name or title would liven up things. Name submissions are welcome. I need some ideas for a color scheme or at least an exterior design. I was originaly going with some sort of lepord skin or fur, but a neon-blue grafitti scheme would hit the spot too. I also need a horn. And a beer mug handle for the back of the phone would be nice. I was also thinking of updating the battery, but the only batteries I have found are made for either a.) model airplanes; b.) RC cars; or c.) digital cameras. The problem with model airplane batteries are that they tend to be to wide. The same issue with RC Car batteries. Digital camera batteries are very small in size, but have to small of a capacity for such an application. If anyone can find a 7.2 volt, 1500mAh battery, either Ni-Cd (Nickel Cadmium) or a lithium ion with dimension at or under approximatly 1.5" long, 0.75" wide, and 7.5" high, please contact me.

I start school in less than 2 weeks. Shit.

Friday, August 06, 2004

It's 9:00am Friday morning, and I am minutes away from leaving for my grandparent 40-something year wedding anniversery, which also happens to be a family reunion. Not only are people not even part of the family coming - my cousin Hanika from my dad's side - but there will be a deluge of political tension. Which is a bad thing. A very bad thing. I'll be back from the front lines on tuesday. Next topic.

When I come back, I will be dissecting the Motorola Ultra Classic phone that has come into my possesion. I will also attempt to either a.) take apart "the phone" and remove its SIM card and try to put it in the old Motorola, and switch the service, or b.) replace the innards of the Motorola with those of "the phone." Either way, when it's I'mza gonna need some help pimpin' out this phone, aka. fur coating with a horn and a beer-mug handle. Anyone with any artistic/manic depressive qualities please contact me or be contacted by a contactor who is contacting.
