8/22: After a mass furniture fest with Jeanie, hung out with former coworker DFletc. 8/21: Met cycling transportation engineer and author of "Effective Cycling" John Forester. 8/20: After two years of chasing, I became the highest-ranked member of the Sapient Corporation SET@Home team! 8/20: Finished Dr. Fritz Klein's pioneering book "the Bisexual Option". 8/19: Ich genoß ein Bier Samichlaus mit Dargonische Verfasser Stuart Whitby. 8/17: It's only been 10 months since I got my new bike, but I've already put more than 3000 miles on it! 8/15: Went to Providence to see reggae legend Burning Spear. 8/13: Inna and I ended our 3-year relationship. 8/11: Enjoyed Boston's annual Midnight Ride, a soggy 34-mile bicycling architectural tour of the city that ran from midnight to 8am. 8/11: Had a beer and some stories with bike courier Lambchop Reilly, author of "Nerves of Steel: Bike Messengers in the United States". 8/8: Birthday brunch for Zooks and celebrating the return of Inna! 8/4: Biked 160 miles in two days and raised $2500 for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute by riding in the Pan-Mass Challenge! 7/28: Biked 40 miles around Gloucester and Cape Ann with some folks from the BRC, then rode an additional 30 miles home! 7/27: Ran over a pigeon on my bike ride to work today! 7/26: Finished reading "Bi Any Other Name: Bisexual People Speak Out". 7/21: Trip to Maine to visit family & play golf. 7/20: Caught the Pressure Cooker at an outdoor show at Somerville's ArtBeat Festival. 7/17: BRC meeting. 7/15: Cycled a record 73 miles from Boston to Salem, New Hampshire and back! 7/10: Derailleurs were the topic of my final bike repair class at Broadway Bikes. 7/7: Finished reading Lance Armstrong's autobiography, just in time for both the Tour de France and my upcoming cancer chaity ride 7/6: After 2 years (and 10 CPU-years), broke 5000 work units complete for SETI@Home. Also broke 150 miles on my bike this week. 7/5: Had lunch with former coworker Ed Schweppe. 7/4: Spent 4th of July biking 40 miles to places with names like Ponkapaug and Squantum.
