Boston Common at Twilight5/6: Went to the MFA with mom during her two-day visit to Boston.

5/5: Drove for the first time through Zakim bridgethe new New Chardon St. tunnel, the Central Artery Tunnel, and over the Zakim bridge!

Bridges Alight5/2: After an excellent meal at Cafe of India, spent three chilly hours in the cold as Inna sang at the Macallen 12CRC's Bridges Alight celebration. Then warmed up with Inna, Mike, and Allison and a Macallen 12 at Finale

NESADSU4/29: My first interactive portfolio review at the New England School of Art & Design.

4/28: The DargonZine Summit ended on Monday, and Rhonda and I visited the Texas State House before I headed back to Boston.

4/27: On Sunday we continuedOrny writing writing, and I got up to 3,250 words before we went into Austin for a river tour and viewing the bats leave the Congress Ave bridge.

4/26: We devoted Orny writingmost of the weekend to developing and writing a new story arc for DargonZine. On the first day I got about 950 words written.

Dargon authors 4/25: After Friday's working sessions, we explored the ¾-mile Longhorn Caverns, Orny jumpswent cliff-jumping at Inks Lake, and went star-gazing at the Eagle Eye Observatory.

4/24: After half a day of Lake Travisworking sessions, the DargonZine crew spent the afternoon on Lake Travis, swimming from a rented party boat.

4/23: Spent the Hamilton Poolfirst half of Summit arrivals day at Hamilton Pool with Rhonda.

4/22: Spent most Vintage Villasof the day traveling to Austin's Lake Travis for the 2003 DargonZine Writers' Summit.

4/21: Biked 52 miles down the Claire Salstonstall Bikeway, all the way to Brockton.

4/20: Acquired 9 new BooksSartre and 2 new Nietzsche books from someone who was throwing them away!

4/15: Spent the first 80-degree day of spring enjoying several biking firsts: Stopped at Turtle Pond on Enneking Parkway, rode to the summit of 635-foot Great Blue Hill (the biggest hill in the Boston area), Portagingand rode 2 miles through the swamp on the old Burma Road, and over Route 128 on the abandoned "Bridge to Nowhere"! 4/13: Rode 35 miles the length of Mass Ave from Dorchester to Lexington with the UJP / Bikes Not Bombs protest of the war on Iraq.
