Josie Josie Dykas, a native South Sider, started her acting career in '97 in a church production of "Jesus of Nazareth". She starred in an outstanding role as a tapestry merchant extra. Her Chicago credits include studying at the "Second City", and the "Improv Olympic" with the late "Del Close". She has performed on such teams as "Karma", "Van Halen", "The Phalanx", and "Del's 4th wall" (Directed by Del Close). She was part of the ¡Salsation! ensemble that went to the "Big Stinkin Comedy Festival" in '99 Austin, Texas. Josie took a small break from ¡Salsation! to move to NYC to study with Chicago City Limits and the Upright Citizens Brigade. She rejoined ¡Salsation! in '01 for 'Spicante Summer and '02 for Crouching Wetback, Hidden Migra, and recentky appeared in Styling and Racial Profiling with the Second City Outreach Program's "BrownCo."
