Creamy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • One bag of peeled potatoes
  • 1/2 to 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup light or heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pinch of sugar.

Steps

Sauce

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Add flour a bit at a time until semi-thick, then add milk a bit at a time until blended.  Same with the cream.
  3. Add parmesan, salt, pepper and sugar.

Potatoes

Boil potatoes until mostly done. Add to a large lasagna pan or Pyrex.

Combining everything

Pour sauce on top and bake for half an hour at 375 degrees.
