Welcome to our Design Gallery!
We'd like to present our current designs, in
hopes we've created something to delight and amuse you. All of these were tested to make
sure they're fun to stitch, because "fun" is what we feel needlework should be!
All of our designs are offered as a black & white chart with a color photo of the
stitched model; they're for folks who are already familiar with the basics of
cross-stitch. Our designs are suitable for all levels of expertise, beginner to advanced.
Feel free to browse...take your time.

"Czarina's
Treasure"
Inspired by Russian lacquer boxes, we
originally created this as an entry for a needlework design contest. We liked the look so
much that we expanded the design to fit in this 5x5" black Betsy Box by Sudberry
House. Stitched on 14-count white Aida by Zweigart, using DMC floss, this design is also
suitable for counted needlepoint. Conversions are included for Rainbow Gallery threads,
featuring their Splendor silks. (Model for Betsy Box stitched by Carolyn A. Hotchkiss;
framed model stitched by Ida Shaffer)

"Mojave
Mosaic"
Our enthusiasm for Native American sand
painting influences this interesting mosaic design. Combining Anchor floss and Kreinik
metallics, this design has a rich, complex Southwestern flair.
Shown here in a Sudberry House medium oak
box, it's a beautiful way to bring the desert indoors. Stitched on Zweigart 28ct Lugana,
this model was stitched by Carolyn A. Hotchkiss.

"Friendship
Hearts"
A sweet sentiment for your favorite friend,
this rainbow of color is a joy to stitch! Stitched on 14-count White Damask Aida from
Zweigart, with DMC floss and overdyed floss from The Caron Collection. An alternate color
scheme in pinks, blues and purples is also available. (Model stitched by Carolyn A.
Hotchkiss)

"Magical
Moe"
This cool cat, named for Tisha's favorite feline, is truly
magical to stitch. Our model was worked on 14-count white Aida from Zweigart, with DMC
floss and a touch of Kreinik blending filament. He's reminiscent of the tie-dyed 60's,
that's for sure! (Model stitched by Carolyn A. Hotchkiss)

A Few Words About Our Design Images
Unfortunately, not everyone out there has
respect for the copyrights of artists and designers. With that in mind, our attorney (who
is the first to admit he's got all the charm of a rabid dog -- and we like him that way),
asked us to add some "lawyerese" in case he had to defend our copyright in
court. We're going along with him, because we're proud of our work and wouldn't want to
see it misrepresented on the Web or anywhere else. We'd be the first to let him off his
leash, because we believe in designers defending their copyright. Here's the low-down,
worded a bit softer than his version:
If you'd like to link to our website, you're
welcome to link to our homepage. We politely ask that you please not link to individual
pages. The contents of our site is protected by copyright, which covers the images and
other material. The contents of this website remain that of Tisha A. Kuntz and Carolyn A.

and materials found on this site is expressly prohibited, without prior written permission

Not only have we taken great time and care to produce the best (and most accurate) images
possible, to feature our designs, but we have also implanted a digital watermark into each
image. These watermarks are a permanent feature of each image and cannot be removed or
altered. (They allow us means to track illegal use of individual images.) The purpose of
these images is for online viewing, to help you make purchasing decisions about our
products. Every attempt has been made to provide accurate color representation.
And now, if you'll excuse us, we need to open
a can of dog food for our attorney, then take him for his daily walk. He's barking and
getting cranky.
