Ordering From Too Sisters

Now that you've chosen your favorite charts, it's easy to order from Too Sisters Designs

Please print out the order form, filling it out (as our penmanship teacher used to say) "neatly and completely."

Enclose your payment with the form and drop it into the mail --  it's just that easy!

Inquiries from shop owners and distributors are always welcome.

About Your Order

If you pay via money order, we'll ship your charts within four working days of receiving your order. If you'd prefer to send a check, please allow up to three weeks to receive your merchandise. (Once we get to know you, we'll be able to process subsequent orders quickly.) All merchandise is shipped via United States Postal Service; Post Office Box, APO and FPO orders are always welcome.

For our overseas customers, please see the note on our Order Form regarding international postage. We are happy to fill your order, but can do so only if you pay using an International Money Order in U.S. dollars. All overseas orders will be sent insured, to help thwart loss of merchandise as it travels around the world. Thanks for your interest in our designs!

No returns or exchanges of merchandise, please.

Visa and MasterCard Orders

We currently do not have a merchant account for the acceptance of credit card orders, but this could change in the future. If there is enough interest shown, you just never know...  ;-)

Too Sisters Designs' Privacy Policy

The information you share with us stays right here at Too Sisters Designs.

We utterly despise junk mail, "Spam" e-mail, and telemarketing in any form. We do not share information with anyone else -- there are no exceptions to this rule. (Even chocolate couldn't persuade us to ever sell, barter or trade our customer list. Not a chance!) From time to time we might contact you directly, but only to keep you up to date on our new product releases or special promotions.

And hey, if you'd rather we didn't contact you at all, we respect that. It's your right and we'll abide by your wishes.
