Dave specializes in leadership and executive development, team collaboration strategies, and organizational process design. He works with customers and partners to:
- Improve leadership and executive abilities in influencing and persuading peers, aligning strategic thinking, intent and action, and managing a distributed workforce.
- Develop stratagies, systems, and processes that promote and improve virtual collaboration.
- Engage key organizational stakeholders and participants directly in assessement, design and implementation of key strategic initiatives.
Dave’s recent customers include executives and individual contributors at Oracle Consulting; Sun Microsystems’ Enterprise Services, Java Software, and Computer Systems; IBM Storage Technology; HP Education; and Egghead.com. He has also consulted to Intel, National Semiconductor, Novell, Roche Biosciences, and Chiron (Bayer) Diagnostics. Dave earned his Doctorate from the University of San Francisco (USF) in Organization and Leadership. His dissertation and continued interest is on the relationship of technology and culture in the global workspace. Dave is currently an adjunct professor at John F.
