Conversation-based Learning ™ is a comprehensive interpretive approach to leadership and organizational development.  It is based on the notion that language, understanding, and action are fundamentally linked.  The tools and processes of Conversation-based Learning ride a spectrum from assessment to sustainability — all are directed at engaged people in a high-involvement process to foster personal accountability for organizational learning and development.
