Remembering the Rutland - Remembering the Milk Trains Fulboam's Creamery, Monroe, N.J. Fulboam's maintained a number of creamery facilities located around New Jersey's Sussex County. This example in Monroe, New Jersey was along the Delaware Lackawanna & Western's Franklin Branch, which was abandoned in the late nineteen-thirties.
