Remembering the Rutland
Rutland Railroad
Post-War Caboose Roster
The basic rosters below were pulled together using Equipment Registers and
other sources, especially R. W. Nimke's The Rutland - 60 Years of Trying
and various RRHS Rutland Newsliners. My thanks to Jay Conant
for supplying much of the supplemental information from the "Rutland Railroad Company
Roster of Caboose Cars, revised to 3-1-52" and to Steve Mumley for
supplying copies of his personal caboose rosters. There are a few discrepancies and
I have noted them in [brackets]. Corrections and additions are always welcome.
