Aqua Vista is in the Soleil del Mar quadraplex, condo #3. This condo can sleep 6 people.Only four condos share the pool area.The condo is five houses off the beach. Amenities- an ocean view from front window and balcony (see photo), wireless high speed internet, surround sound home theater system, balcony overlooking the pool, steps from the ocean, cable TV, DVD players, CD and MP3 Players and IPOD connection, washer/dryer, free long distance phone. All of our beds have been covered with Clean Rest Mattress covers that prevent allergens and bed bugs since they were brand new. It is much more quiet and secluded than the crowded high rises. It is a new condo with all high quality features and custom tropical art work.

All Java leather furniture. The sofa is a queen size sleeper bed. A 32" TV with a surround sound home theater system. Plays DVD's, MP3's CD's and connects to play your IPOD Tunes.
A custom art table with a glass box casing of giant exotic sea shells, corals and a real lobster centerpiece.
The master bedroom has a king bed with french doors opening to the balcony overlooking the pool. Furnished with a 24" TV, DVD player, CD and AM/FM stereo for the room. Plus an extra soft large comfy reading chair to curl up in with a good book. NO BED BUGS! Matresses are Protected.Hypoallergenic.
