Turn Stress into Bliss Program,

the Phoenix Rising approach to stress management

Is the stress in your daily life taking over? Is it showing up as stress related problems like wakeful nights or headaches? Stress has been found to be at the root of many physical disorders such as heart disease, irritable bowel syndrome and cancer.  Are you ready to begin to do something to beat the stress in your life?

     Based on the book by Michael Lee, founder of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, the  “Turn Stress Into Bliss” program will provide new insights that will enable you to overcome the stress in your life.  Learn the tools that you can use to reduce the stress in your life to help to alleviate its many symptoms. These tools will come from you and not the program. You will devise your own personal way to handle the stress in your life based on your own bodies inner wisdom.

This program incorporates movement, stretching, mindfulness meditation and group discussion to help you develop perspective and make choices about your relationship to stress. NO PREVIOUS YOGA OR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!  All flexibility and fitness levels are appropriate.

Our programs averaged a 46% reduction in stress related symptoms after completion of the program!
