Class Description

All classes are led in the style of Phoenix Rising Yoga. In all classes emphasis is on feeling the poses in your body and staying mindful to the present moment. Students are encouraged to notice what is happening now in their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves, to explore and fully immerse themselves in the yoga experience.

General Mixed classes  - These classes are designed for beginner to intermediate students. The flow is meditative and the poses are challenging yet able to be modified for all levels. Also includes Pranayama work.

Relaxing Gentle Yoga - These classes are very gentle. They incorporate chair yoga, floor poses and some basic standing poses. The class is  perfect for those who want to experience yoga in a very soothing atmosphere. Lots of props are used.

Private and semi private Yoga Classes - For yourself or a small group. The class will be designed to suit your physical needs. A great way to try yoga! In your home or at my studio.

Yoga Parties - Great start to a wedding day for the bride and bridesmaids! Combine with any occasion, birthdays, graduations, showers. Class includes a 1 or 1.5 hour for 6 or more people.
