Our Trask family believes in God and The Holy Spirit.
As mortals, we pray for guidance and courage so that we may proceed appropriately.
We firmly believe that the premeditated murder of any innocent Being is wrong, sinister and evil.
We are a proud family of English speaking, gun carrying, tax paying, patriotic, conservative, American citizens.

If that offends you, our civilized society of laws and freedoms affords you the "Right" to leave.

The information contained within The Trask Web Pages is my attempt (as a wounded Mechanical Engineer - not a genealogist) to centralize the efforts of people involved in Trask surname research. Unlike the efforts of individuals that have annotated family information in the past, e.g., Family Bibles and Journals, the Trask family information compiled and presented here will not fade away, forever lost, with someone’s passing. Please appreciate, as you follow all the links in seconds, the hundreds of miles and hour's people have expended researching the history of "Our Trask Family".

The "R.W. Trask Family Home Page" and "The Trask Web Pages" are not associated with anyone or any organization, using a similar surname, soliciting your money for their Trask family information. If you have been solicited, please, contact me. There are several legitimate books that have been published by members of "our" family which I am proud to have purchased and elated to have received as a gift from their authors.

There are relevant links to other web sites from within the Trask Web Pages - you must use your Browser’s "back button" to return here. Those links are strictly for your edification, some are contained within { these brackets } - the obvious are not.

You can be assured that there is an abundance of space on this server, and we have the time, to present what ever Trask data and pictures that you consent to submit. Recording the life that our Trask ancestors have experienced will better serve future generations - rather than presenting a list of our ancestors existence unto itself. Your participation, e.g. personal interviews, attic, cellar and closet searches, will insure the safe preservation of Trask family information that is one breath away from ever being appreciated by us all.

Since September, 1995, "The Trask Web Pages" have grown to over forty-three million bytes. Our Trask Data Base is larger than nine hundred and fifty million bytes (9.5GB). Please, contact me if you have any Trask family information (no matter how insignificant you presume it to be) to ... supplement, amend or append to these pages.

FYI
Maestranzi Bros. after 30 years and 5 large (10-12 hp) snowblowers, I no longer trust them and will never do business with them again - I fired them on Monday, 10-7-2013.

Bob Adams - Little Mower Shop, 120 Whittier Road, Haverhill, MA 01830, 978 376 2184
Nice guy, knows his stuff, has GSD's, the price was right and I will definitely call him again. I highly recommend the Little Mower Shop.

Creative Labs software never uninstalls efficiently.
AT&T Worldnet ($24.95/month) seriously lacks dependable connectivity. They let us all down - never again.
We continue to receive very negative comments about AT&T Worldnet from folks who fired them for the same reason.

Ask me about the Lapoint Destruction Company.

Family Tree maker - Genealogy.com and GenealogyLibrary.com - never again! What a rip off!

Warning:
E-Cards, E-Greetings and advertiser e-mailed hyperlinks are hazardous marketing tricks.

Lannan Chevrolet - Olds Inc., Woburn, MA - never again!

Comment:
Since 1973 computer I/O [Holorith cards, Basic, Fortran, CPM, DOS, DR Dos, Windows – Honeywell Series 60 (Level 66) Systems, XT's, AT's etc.] has become a component of my environment. Over these the years, we've had a 286, 386, 486DX and several Pentiums. In the same period of time we have a shelf full of extinct "stand alone" operating systems, e.g., Dos 3, 5, 6.1, Windows, Windows 3.11, Windows 95, 98, ME.

There does seem to be, relatively, fewer hassles per KB today.

One would think the government had enough to do fixing (rather than generating more of) itself, instead of breaking up something that works.
Microsoft products work for me. They are compatible with each other and the associated Internet pages are very informative.
Maybe moving their corporate flag pole one-hundred miles to the north would stop the insanity.

However, I do not appreciate the pace and the associated cost of constantly upgrading hardware and software.
"They" (the computer industry in general) certainly know how to entice the spoiled child in me....
