more changes, more packing

My parents were in town this past weekend because it was April's last performance at Boston Ballet. Things are starting to get a little sad on the sibling departure front.

It was sunny today, and deceptively cold. We went to the gym, bought some furniture items, and packed. We hit box #40 (!) and called it a day.

Things are going well with Operation Homestead. We have signed the purchase and sale agreement. While we don't have anything official from the bank yet, they've verbally said that everything looks good. Well, other than the fact that their appraisal came in at less than we're paying. It's a small enough difference that we won't have a hard time making up the difference, and too small to negotiate much with the seller at this point.
